Good games room and very cheap tokens was great to keep kids entertained. Room was comfortable and clean and hotel was in a perfect central location. We didn't eat here but was well priced and looked nice. Hotel staff were very nice and parking was free and close. Free internet was fabulous and fridge, microwave and coffee maker made everything so much easier with kids (TV was huge too, which helped keep our eldest entertained for the short time we were in the room).
all reviews » Stayed two separate nights at each end of a fortnight travelling in/out of Sanford airport. Got a good deal on 'walk-in prices' the first occasion and was upgraded to an Executive suite on second stay by an alert receptionist who recognised me as a previous customer. The excellent customer care is typical of Raddison Hotels I've stayed at in Europe and Bejing. I will go back to Orlando Raddison. Late check-out ( noon) very welcome. The staff were exceptional right from the time we arrived to the time we left. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping our rooms clean and supplying us with clean towels. The location was a big plus as one could get to Disney or Universal easily plus one could travel to the outlet malls using the I Ride Trolley buses, plenty f restaurants stores etc around te place. All was great - staff in the restaurant were really great. The little shop was very handy tool Reception staff were always really friendly and helpful and answered all our queries with enthusiasm. Very good location for the i-ride and lots of choice in local restaurants to eat out in the evenings. Me and my friends are bikers and we were treated as if we were executives , it was great.. And Tonya at the front desk was very helpful . She is a great asset to your hotel. We plan to return in a few months and we plan to stay at the RADDISON.. Thanks again.. It is in the perfect location - trolley service out the front to take you directly to outlet shops, 2 great restaurants in the carpark and close to many more. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Just fantastic. We had business at the Convention Center and the location was very good. Great restaurants nearby with every taste available. Universal and Sea World very close. Radisson offers free shuttle in the am to Universal...saves on parking. Beds were comfortable. I love all the staff that I have made contact with especially the chefs, they were very nice and most of all my family enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning. we all love the pool side it was fantastic. our stay at the Radisson was excellent. Price. Room was ready ahead of check in time. Location is great for Wet'n'wild. We were going to DisneyWolrd which wasn't as close as I thought. (About 25min). I recommend here only if you get a great deal or are staying solely on International Dr. The staff was excellent! The lobby area very nice. Our room was spacious and clean- it actually looked lke the picture on the internet ( you never know when you book online). Great location with lots of resturants within walking distance. Great staff , fast service , free parking and you can park your car in front of the entrance and nobody will talk to you, near every thing right place to stay in Orlando , rooms clean comfortable & big . Location and parking spots are unbeatable. Hotel has comfortable clean rooms with daily and professional housekeeping everything in addition to an arcade room, pool and other fun amenities. Hotel was signposted as Raddisson, which we didnt know when booking, as the site says Allure (we drove past the hotel the first time as the electronic screen saying Allure intermittently changed to promotions). My wife suffered from the very hard bed on the second visit - she is still experiencing back pain some five days after the stay. This was a different Executive suite to the first visit and the bed creaked and dipped on my wife's side. There was a dead squirrel on the drive-way into the hotel from the road, and he was left there all week - it wasn't the nicest thing to walk by every time you went in or out - especially as the week went on !!!- maybe a groundsman could check for this sort of thing!. The food in the lobby area was way to expensive. The pool bar was closed on a Saturday!? We thought that was very strange. The only thing open between 1 and 4 pm was a Starbucks that served sandwiches. While at the pool, it would have been nice to have another option and to order drinks. Their breakfast was not included, which we knew ahead of time. Poor selection of food to choose from, and slightly over priced. Parking was limited in regards to which side we stayed on. When I got up at 4 am to shower before heading to the airport I had NO hot water. I let in run for over 10 minutes and it never warmed up. BRRR. The shuttle options for SeaWorld were Scarce. They just change the name they have to put it in Garmin gps. When I booked the reservation It said breakfast Included, but when we checked at the front desk, they said it wasn't, very misleading. We had problems finding the location, because the hotel did not have Allure Resort on it, it had the Raddison. Very confusing. -furniture was old in the room. Nothing all was great again!. We had a hard time figuring out which hotel was actually this hotel because the signs were all covered up and the actual bldg we stayed at had another hotel name on it not Allure. Also the beds are sleep numbers but to me that is just a glorified blow up mattress so it was a little uncomfortable. Shuttle service - not enough options. A bit difficult to find, there are several hotels and restaurants on this address postal code. Stains on carpet and very strange smell in room. The pool wasn't heated outside and the ymca closed to soon for us. I didn't see a bar by the pool but as a person whom works in hotels myself, as well as in Florida, understandable for the time and dates we stayed. No sign to indicate it was the allure resort hotel so had a little difficulty finding it. I was dissapointed that the hotel wasn't nearly as nice as the pictures. It surely isn't a four star hotel in my eyes. We stayed two nights and the beds didn't have a top sheet either night. The hotel felt old and dismal. We got there in the evening and the kids couldn't swim because there were limited lights near the pool and I thought it was very dangerous. The hot tub had caution tape around it. I guess it was broken. No milk or creamer powder in rooms for the excellent coffee machine!. nothing. I didn't like leaving. Hard to find. Wasn't informed that the pool bar and restaurant were closed until after booking. The free wifi was a very poor reception, and the discounted Disney tickets on offer involved a timeshare tour that took up nearly a full day ( they told us it would take 90 mins). Wife complained that there was no hairdryer. Pool & spa area need attention. Front desk a little dark and not very inviting but the front desk were very helpful. I think they must include some breakfast. main resatuarant a bit plain. Receptioniests are either dequalufied or demotivated. No integrity of the hotel that they deducted a random amount from my credit card without acknokedging or informing me. none. Nothing. No breakfast included. Everything was fine. No water bioler available. you need to get your own. The only thing I was not pleased with was the spa was out of order the hot tub and there was a $10 a day resort fee for WiFi parking at the spa. On Saturday morning we were awakened at around 7am by loud carts being dragged somewhere and staff talking on the hallways. We were also next to the ice machine therefore heard the machine dispensing ice at all times of the day and night.
