I enjoyed having all the amenities of home away from home. The house was in a secure, gated community; there was plenty of space for relaxation; televisions & DVD's in every room; very nice shower in the master; beds were also comfortable. The pool was excellent to have, eventhough mother nature only allowed us to enjoy it one day. This was our first time renting on letsbookhotel.com and will definitely rent again.

Abdulrahman Alhumrani. Liked the size of the house, cleanliness, pool, well equipped, price, and the game room. Everything we needed was supplied. Rental people never bothered us during our stay. Home away from home. Half an hour drive from all theme park. A good neighborhood. 4 double bed rooms and 3 bathrooms. All required equipment in the kitchen. Very nice private pool. the house was a typical american one, big, huge house, lot of space, nice pool, nice playing room, clean house (but not the carpet once downstaires). the space and comfort of the home, all the necessities were in place plus a bit beyond expectation, like the game room.We loved our vacation..we will be in dec '12...you cant aak for a.better place to stay....home away from home.... We were able to spread out and relax at a hotel we would have been cramped. I liked the private pool. Big, comfortable house in a quite surroundings. Nice pool with whirlpool. Big gas barbecue. big house with a nice pool I reserved a 3 bedroom house and they gave me a 5 bedroom. Game room Screened pool & hot tub Full kitchen Spacious living room Laundry room. I like the fact that everything was in the house once we arrived. The swimming pool, decoration and comfort of the house. Great for family with kids, comfort, privacy, location. More than enough room. Everything was nice. The house was clean and comfortable, area around was peaceful and we had space enough for five people. Very convenient location, propery was clean and pretty comfortable. The home setting feeling. The space is nice. The only thing I found wrong was the hall bath could have been cleaned better. Bed sheets, cover and blanket shall be replaced with new one. I did not like that the thermostat was locked in at 75 degrees. It got very warm during the day and wasn't comfortable to sleep until early morning hours. I feel if I'm paying to rent a house I should be able to control the temp of the house. Neighbor told us how to park vehicles which was none of their business. Hot tub didn't work. We arrived at night, no light outside and it was very hard to find the key. No one is waiting for you, and no one to talk with. Missing basic supplies like detergent for the dish-washer (why do we have to buy a full package just to wash thier dishes). too far away from Disney, it was in Davenport the house, this was not described in booking come, one day bevore you arive you get the adress, too late to change the Villa, house near road 27, too noisy, we could not sleep in bedrooms fronting road 27, god bless there where other beedrooms to sleep, dws has houses near kissemee, ask bevore booking. the internet was dropping signal alot.Non. There was not enough toilet paper i had to improvise by using napkins.No hand soap in the kitchen. Some starting problems: Wrong pin code for gate and key box. Wlan didn't work. But the staff were worried about to resolve these problems. not sure if it was actually clean (found random trash tucked behind things). Trash pick up note needs to be updated Missing blinds. That it was a gated community and we had to call and get the code for the gate. After calling several numbers my family member asked a neighbor the code. Then the staff called and gave us the code after we got it from the next door neighbor. Some useful kitchen items are missing for cooking. The distance from Disney was sorely misrepresented on the booking site. I spent a great deal of time in traffic traveling to and from the parks. It was quite obviously not the house I booked. There were even more bedrooms. A couple days before we were going on vacation we were informed that we would be upgraded to a 4 bedroom but they didn't tell us that we would not be getting the gameroom or personal pool anymore. I was very upset because those were the 2 reasons we chose this house. We had problems to find the place, because the staff had not sent e-mail about the adress of house and the code to get in. When drove to the office-adress there was just an office of UPS and they said we have to call the staff to get the directions. Very complicated. Then one of toilets was broken and we had to call the staff again. The maintenance came next day. And in house there were no manuals how to use all the machines. Not very well organised!!!. Could not ever get a hold of anyone at DWS, they never returned your phone calls. Property had amneties listed that were not included in the rental.....community pool, fitness center, hot tub. The fact that my gate code didn't work upon arrival. The pool had a plant over it which caused the pool to be dirty. The garbage was full, so there was no place to put our trash. Last but not least all of the stovetop burners didn't work. It is in a rough section of town. It is a closed community, but there were kids on bikes slipping in through the back which is not monitored. I asked for a pet friendly placê to take my dog and after a made a special request to take my dog with me they said the house they gave me was not pet friendly. They also said I damage the net around the pool and they charged me US$ 250,00 for that!! The net was already damaged I did not do anything!!!. sent via separate email.
