Room was more than adequate. Facilities great, staff were reall freindly. A big thankyou to the staff member that bought me an apple as soon as they were delivered, after delivery ha been delayed that morning. It was very clean and bed was comfortable. Had been remodeled with modern features. Staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. Treated us like we were in a luxury hotel.
all reviews » Value, of course, the other nearest bw was nearly twice the cost. The staff was extremely accomodating, and the room was very well kept & clean and comfortable in every way. Location was ideal for our purposes (we attended the Orlando Fringe Festival). Staff was friendly and extremely efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. We had time to kill and the pool was just okay, but we were bored out of our gourd and thought in the end paying more to have some places to go visit nearby may have been a better deal. Opening and closing the door required a heavy push and pull because the "fit" wasn't good. More variety on continental breakfast. Was good for quick snack. Toilet not working properly. Outside common areas dirty & smelly. N/A. Garbage pick up at 6am , i think from the pool or by the ice machine , it was noise with the wheels of garbage can. Location. More out of the way than we thought it would be for our purpose. Rooms were clean but somewhat rundown. Had an old feel. We were with a group for a total of 4 rooms and some complained of smell in rooms. The fact that they decided to lock me out of my room because they neglected to take a copy of my license upon arrival due to there copier not working. As it was explained to me "it was the only way to get you to come to the desk" it was late at night and I did not apreciate it at all. I could think of several ways to get me to the desk, like ,maybe a phone call. Not happy!!!. Not that clean. Cheap mattress. The place was merely adequate. Hotel with no amenities just to stay one night. The hotel is in a very bad shape. Hk, doesn't even check burned bulbs in bathroom...extract fan very noisy, room carpet poor condition, material in room are very cheap...landscaping none existing...staff not smiling, close to be arrogant, breakfast is very cheap...hard boiled eggs are like rubber...very bad experience in general....do not book this hotel ..it is located in the mid Of nowhere....
