Very clean. Easy access to freeway. Courteous employees. Comfortable bed.
Staff friendly; location close to family in Orange; convenient to the 22.
Quick check in, clean, all accessories worked.

It was central to the beach and shopping. The parking was free.
No negative comments.
Very few and inconveniently located outlets; carpet not very well vacuumed; a long, black hair was on the sheets when I turned down the bed.
coffee in room not very good.
bathroom tiles where falling off. Ants in the bathroom. Checking out was difficult do to staff not being able to operate equipment correctly made us wait for no reason. Neiborhood wasn't the best had some shady characters around. Could have better coffee pots couldn't make more then two cups do to the style.

WHAT A DUMP!.
The mattresses were hard. The comforter had a cigarette burn. The
power outlet in the bathroom didn't work so the hair dryer was of
no use. The quality of the toiletries was poor. The power outlets in
the room itself were not working. When the issue was mentioned to the
staff they acted like it was nothing. I didn't appreciate having
to pay for ice.
