there was no microwave in we arrived late around midnight, after an 8 hour drive, and wanted to have hot milk & cereal that we had brought along as a nightcap. there was no microwave in the room so we had to ask to get some milk warmed up at reception, the person on duty was very helpful and friendly, and provided us eith what we needed - bowls for cereal - and even gave us oatmeal sachets without us asking!.
all reviews » The location, the décor, the price, the room service food, the staff, the selection of TV channels. It was a convienient location. Just off of I-40 just before getting on I-35. Easy to check in. I liked where it was located. Surrounded by different places to eat and stores close by. Rooms clean, bed comfortable - 4 pillows great - shower very good water pressure. Great place. I will definitely staff there again. Staff are friendly, Clean, and close to downtown. price. The room was nice and cold (via a/c) the beds were soft and there was a frige and a micro wave n the room. Also the cable tv was a plus.... And it was close to shopping and major attractions. And the shower was nice, too. Good pressure, good n hot... I would deff stay again. :-). Was close to everything including the airport. ample space in rooms. Proximity. cost. Price and Location, New Matresses. The staff was very nice. Good value. The price. the shower. Doors were off the hinges and very difficult to open and close. The shower and toilet area was a little small, the towels were a little rough. Being a 1st time solo traveler I was skeptical about being an outside access room but in the end it was fine and I slept well. Not much that I didn't like. No clock, no refridgerator, no coffee pot. I wasn't impressed w the dirty bathroom. Not too dirty but obviously needed cleaned. Make up smeared on tthe wall behind the door and three holes n the wall. And every time I called the front desk for something, nobody answered... Other thn tht it was great!. The room was loaded with flies. no breakfast. can stay at other facilities similar for same price and get a full breakfast. A poppy muffins isnt worth the price. Room had Mosquitos because door has a crack at bottom of door. small rooms, keys didn't work, fairly clean, very poor parking area,no hair dryer, or coffee pot, breakfast consisted of muffins only. They did not have an elevator and my 85 year old parents had to walk up and down the stairs. The clerk told us there were not any other rooms available on the first floor. Dirty, Dirty,Dirty. Housekeeping knocked on our door twice early in the morning. We told her no thank you, but she just came right back. The rooms aren't very clean. My friend found a spider in her bed, and the next morning she was all bit up. I slept in the bed next to her, and I was fine. The room was dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned. Every day we had to go to the front desk to get towels. There were 4 adults in this room and everyday we were left with 1 towel. On 1 of these trips **I had to walk next door to Super 8 to get towels**. We found a used condom and wrapper on the floor next to the bed. Really....this is not what we wanted to find. I booked 3 rooms for my family. 2 of the rooms were so filthy that my family left and went home and didn't stay. I still had to pay for them. Bloody snot on the walls, hair in the beds and trash on the floors. Mattress's were all torn and nasty. The reservations where not correct as far as which room was smoking and which was not. When talking with the personal in the office they were the rude and not caring. We will never stay at a Red Roof again. Our room was wreck when we arrived. Attitude of staff is very bad I was wrongly charged extra $111, and when i was doing follow-up for their mistake i was accused of harassing. Facilities very poor,. Laundry machine was not working and I lost 2$ in that. When reported to staff they said it may get fixed on next day.
