motel for being an older one. Great location for getting around Ocean
City. Great staff whom show they care about their Motel.
The guy at the front desk was awesome I think his name was Craig. He was

a block away from the beach & two blocks away from the Board Walk. very clean. Chad, Mark (managers) and staff attending to room were friendly and attentive.
Sun n Fun was right on my budget. It's close to the beach and just away from the crowd w/c made it perfect.

It was good for the price, bathroom was clean and bed were okay to sleep in. Decent size room and close to the beach.

I like that I didn't have to go to the hospital after sleeping in
a mold filled room, although missing the rest of the vacation and a
day of work wasn't ideal. I liked that they let us switch rooms
hassle-free.

The Sun 'n Fun Motel was a lot nicer than I expected. The only thing
I could say that I didn't like was our bathtub took a long time to
drain. I would definitely stay here again!.
The carpets needed a good cleaning, cant walk without shoes on.

there was trash under the beds.
No swimming pool.
Nothing.
needs paint and carpet.
The floor was wet. We thought it would dry out overnight, but it did not
and in fact it was growing mold. I slept in that toxic air overnight and
it ruined our vacation.
found garbage underneath the bed, sheets had stains in them, towels had stains, staff wasn't sure what was near by to eat, they should learn their surroundings if you work in an area of tourists.
I did not like that room did not have a phone and tissue box.
