The front desk clerk was awsome and very helpful. everything. Friendly staff, and very helpful. beds were comfy. location was good. right on highway. The location was good. nice room. Dump...the toilet never worked. the room smelled and the place was very loud. the shower head, water pressure in shower...decent breakfast in the am.

The Breakfast. not enough electrical outlets breakfast could be a lot better. old, need updating. On this trip I also stayed at the Days Inn in Orlando, which was much nicer than this location. The rooms were larger, cleaner and I did not wake up with a huge spider on my pillow. price wasn't what was quoted. carpet was very frayed. The room was dirty from the floors to the walls, stains and spots everywhere, dust, toe nail clipping from some previous occupant-absolutely disgusting! Outdated and extremely ugly. Uncomfortable bed and old stained linens. Very gross room. Whiskers from previous occupant in faucet niche. Areas that needed repair and grossly neglected. They should tear this whole building down and start fresh. Place is run down and needs updating. Five minutes in the room, another couple somehow had keys that opened our front door. The room was dirty, in particular, the toilet was visibly dirty. There was a glass of water in the refrigerator and the freezer had ice built up and a strong smell of beer. I'm disabled and the room was said to be handicap. It wasn't at all. My wheelchair couldn't fit through the bathroom. I had to try and transfer into a chair and slide to the toilet to be able to use it. There was no roll in shower. Not able to use tub. The toiletries in the bathroom were low. When asked for extra toilet tissue only given 1 roll for a family that's staying in the room. Everything. The room had a musty smell. The door frame around the bathroom doorway was chipped down to the sheetrock. There were cobwebbs in the bathroom around the window. It was a very dirty room. We booked a King room but received a room with 2 double beds. We were not happy with this "motel" you couldn't call it a hotel. I will never stay at this place again. Price, room the hotel was old and smelly and the appliances were outdated never going to stay here again. Staff was unprofessional room was filthy.
