Staff were very friendly. We were able to leave our car there from Wed night til Sun night when we returned. On Sun night at midnight the shuttle was right there to pick us up, had our car keys and dropped nus off at our car. Staff friendly and helpful. Perfect location and accommodations for next day airplane flights. Dining room service excellent, and shuttle to and from airport efficient and friendly (both early morning and late evening).

Right at airport - designed and built 50 years ago; pentagon shape with pool in the middle. Breakfast served 4:30 am !! to about 9:30. The access/time convenience to breakfast buffet, accessibility to fine dinning and very convenient transport to the airport... Location to airport, has had for the past five or so years the most incredible landscaping. It is a lovely place to stay at. I liked the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff. The morning breakfast buffet was a huge help while traveling. everything as usual...front desk..dining room person..the quiet and ease of getting to the airport by van...,,. Good base for shopping in the area including Waterloo Outlet Stores and easy access to all areas of Syracuse. The staff were exceptionally helpful especially when we had car trouble and had to stay an extra night. Great location. Only 5 minutes from the terminal. Quiet. Comfortable room. They missed the wakeup call for 0315. I had a 0615 flight and wanted the 0415 shuttle. Fortunately, I am paranoid and had my own personal alarm clock as a backup. But it would have been a disaster without that. shower,hairdryer didnt work, no elevator for luggage. Why automatic machine at first cannot use bill. They can use only coin. I did not like that I called for the shuttle to bring me back to my car, ( that I paid to stay at the hotel for the week) and it took them 15 minutes to pick me up. I started to walk because I had a long day and just wanted to get my car and go home. Finally they came and found me walking while I was not far from the hotel at all!. could use a little updating. Bugs found in bathroom in thr morning. Staff said this is normal in summer. Reception took $10 off the room. However, we should have been told ahead of time of the problem. sheets had some stains. Lack of elevator to second floor. There were a few ants in room 144. We just stayed one night so I didn't say anything. Horrible staff. We booked two connecting rooms(i have a 5 years old whi wakes up in the middle of the night) and we DID not get them! The guy at the reception was very matter of fact about it saying "you didnt book through us so we dont owe you anything". We had a horrible night because of that, and i will never stay there again. There were ants on the floor in the bathroom, and cobwebs near the heater by the window. More attention to cleanliness would be good. Restaurant and lounge didn't open until 5:00 p.m. No elevator. Rooms could use renovations. Definitely need to buy a newer van to take guests to and from the airport. Need more than one computer station for guests not having a computer with them. Bookings told me it would be a huge savings. It was not!!! The nightly room rate was the same as if I booked the room directly myself. Location near noisy highway and rather dangerous area. Old rooms. Needs updating Staff unfriendly When I arrived in Suracuse I called for a ride to the hotel The girl who answered was rude on the phone questioning me about my reservation.
