Clean, very well kept, and nice staff. Breakfast buffet very good but scambled eggs were cold both times we ate there. The employee at the breakfast area was very nice and smiles a lot which is nice to wake up to.. The beds was very comfortable. I have a disabled husband and sometimes it hard to get him comfortable; but not this time he say and I quote' I wish I could take this bed home, I wish I had a bed like this at home;.
all reviews » The setup of the suite. There was ample space for us (3 adults - 2 young children) where we were not falling over one another. The price was excellent for the room. The deluxe suite was nice. Bed was comfortable Living area looked modern and contemporary Fridge in room. Staff friendly. Private Spacious Flat screen Price. I loved the room and the clean towels and Linens...The Privacy and the location of the room was awesome. Good price hot breakfast big rooms awesome wifi signal the room itself is great. Everything. The Deluxe Suites were very nice and comfortable. liked everything the price was great for the suite we got. Liked everything...just need a microwave in room. The hotel was nice except for the carpet in the room.. clean room, good breakfast, polite staff. The staff would get on problems quickly and usually fixed the problem. Room was clean and lobby area was very nice. The room was nice for a suite setting. Reasonably priced rooms. Location. Nothing. Bed was too small for two people and mattress too hard. There was no microwave in the room. Also we were not allowed to get breakfast and take it back to our room; we had to stay in the dining area. Breakfast not alot of variety. Hotel must be sitting on an ant bed....ants everywhere in room. But better than roaches. T.v fuzzy and not alot of channels to choose from. Bath tub had those bumps in it made it uncomfortable to shower. Location wasnt that great traffic horrible in the area. Not alot of restaurants in area. No microwave in room Was there for a week maid service never changed my sheets just remade my bed. I didnt like the small breakfast area and limited seating. Other guest didn't tend to their children or the messes that were made. There was no staff there to clean and stock the breakfast area. Funky smell on hall way laúd music on or church band playing on site near front desk this was a friday night not good when trying to get sleep. Nothing. the only thing it needs is a microwave in each room. The pool was closed the today's we where there. And breakfast was not that great. The room needed a microwave. Not much other than bashing my leg on the bed base because there wasn't much room between the bed and the table. The mattress did not cover the base entirely and left some timber exposed. Carpet and wallpaper need updating. Suites need a TV in both rooms. when i first arrived the room wasnt as clean as i preferred and i transferred rooms. The pillows were not very comfortable. Just a piece of foam with a pillow case. Very difficult to get to sleep right away. The managers. Well the reservation the reservation we made dint show so we have to make another one. But the lady at the counter was giving attitude about us telling her we have reservation. It smelled REALLY bad! There was no microwave and very few outlets. Very outdated look. The toilet paper and kleenex were less than desirable! The building was an older model and in the best shape for it's age...in need of a major renovation. We could hear loud music until 1:30am coming from the ballroom and couldn't sleep. Representative moved us the next night to a higher floor where we were not disturbed. The carpet in the room was very nasty and dirty..... back of hotel not very well lit. The motel is very dated and needs a deep cleaning. Broken door on closet was extremely dangerous and it is very easy to clean tile with lemon juice and baking soda! Bathroom was nasty. This motel could be brought back up to its original grand state if only any one cared!. The furnishings and decor were very outdated. No mircowave pool was out room had thrash under couch and table and to change rooms because of a bug. Rooms werent up to par. People living in the hotel. Too many of these people were ghetto or white trash. Smell of odo-ban is carpet a/c didn,t work 1st room poor fitness center tv reception poor breakfast was missing eggs 2nd night wake up call 1 hour late. Fake ad about sit down breakfast with a menu & staff. Wet carpet in room. Foul odor in room.
