Excellent responsive and friendly staff, contemporary facility and stunning location. The condo has great separation of space between bedroom and kitchen-living area where hide-a-bed is located. 2 decks for fabulous views of the sea. If you have mobility issues, check if a w/c unit is on the property. Our unit had interior stairs to bedroom and main area. Very short drive or use daytime bus service to Nye Beach for gourmet food, shops, art galleries.

Helpful folks at the office when we registsered and when we left as we were helped by Robert. Very personble fellow. I loved the location and access to the beach. It felt very safe for my 6 and 4 year old to walk out of site. I made dinner and they played by the pond and I could hear them the whole time. I would love to come again with another family and get a bigger suite. Loved the ambiance and the cleanliness. The rooms are well maintained and comfortable. It was great having free wi-fi for my granddaughter to be able to Skype her parents with how much fun she was having and to show them where we were. Front desk clerk very knowledgeable about the area and friendly. She phoned us when we were late arriving. Parking was very accessible. Condo was cozy and well maintained. Loved the information sheet in the kitchen. The view, the apartment, fireplace was nice. I liked that staff wasn't banging in our door in the morning. We actually didnt get out exactly on time and nothing was said! Very nice... There was a lot to do at the beach and in town. The hike up 3 flights of stairs was very hard on older members of the family. Couldn't have elderly family members whom we came to visit up for dinner because of the stairs :-(. we liked it all very much!. As it is hard for me to do stairs, would have rather had everything on one floor. The late check-in and early check out (noon) did not allow as much time on the beach as I would have liked. Next time I will book 2 nights in a row (at least). One of the decks felt a little unstable, bed was not the most comfortable. The stairs. Hard to get suitcases up the stairs. Also, you had to keep some curtains closed so that others couldn't see in when they were on their deck. Would be nice to be a bit closer to the actual ocean. The rollers on the screen door were clogged with sand making it difficult to open. No laundry facilities - a serious disadvantage when on-the-road. I wish the deck was a little more private everybody could see you when you were on it and the upstairs neighbors were really loud. The bed in the studio was not comfortable. NOTHING!! Except I would have liked to stay longer!. Our bed was too soft for our liking. The condos are individually owned so it does not reflect on the other condos in the facility. Walking across the dunes to the beach was not the easiest thing but well worth the effort...and good exercise!. The bridge over the creek that allows direct access to the beach was broken. Nothing?. 4:00 check-in seemed pretty late. Bathtub drained very slow (yuck) and a little more privacy on the decks would be nice. Maybe outdoor curtains or bamboo blinds or something along that line. family above us clomping around loudly until 2 in the morning. mattress on bed was worn out. Nothing. Children constantly running up and down the hall in the room upstairs. being on the bottom floor. Noise bothered me a bit from upstairs. Room was tucked away so view not so good. Net curtains on windows for a little more privacy. A few more full size towels (there was only one). The mystery door in the bathroom was a little weird. Room noise. Flushing, showers and floor noise of upstairs more like an apartment than a hotel. Good restaurants were hard to find in October. Beach access was a little awkward, better signage would help. door locks on main door nearly impossible to use, need a safer beach access. Little bridge is not good enough. Family above me were sounding like a herd of elephants. But they quieted down by 9:45 pm. The boardwalk to our room when wet is very dangerous. I fell and lost 2 days of being able to do routine activities. Should be some type of skid on the board. Carpet smell. Wish there were repeat customer discounts. Last minute change of room due to cable being out. Would have prefured to have room I booked or compensation for changing.
