I had a horrendous day prior to my arrival. The clerk that checked me in, totally reversed the whole day! That young man was so professional, yet warm and welcoming. This was unexpected and set the tone for the remainder of my travel. We booked this as a convenient stop over, having required a place to sleep after our flight from the uk, and before we picked up our hire car. We couldn't believe the high standard for the money we paid. Good hotel for the money.

The shuttle service was very good to and from the airport, staff were friendly, on the whole in our case a good stop over for one night ready for an early flight out the next morning. Room was clean & comfortable, and although it was right across from Newark airport, there waan't a lot of plane noise. Convenient to nyc. Clean room,Excellent bed,excellent staff from the front reception desk to house keeping.Will book room again in the future when needed. The hot tub was wonderful after a very long day traveling. The beds were so comfortable we wanted ti take them home with us. It was perfect for us we brought the kids for a long weekend getaway to NYC for spring break and it worked out great!. They should put their alternate address into letsbookhotel.com so people have a better chance of finding the hotel. A little dificult to find . A better entrance sign would help. Noisy air conditioning in room. I booked room with two queen bed and surprised f room with one queen bed while we are 5 persons. nothing. I waited for the shuttle more than 40' after that I called the hotel 4th times!!! In the morning they booked me the taxi and the taxi was missing. They gave me their limousine service at $ 120,00 for 30' drive distance. We paid for included breakfast but were not able to have it as we left prior to 6am. As an airport hotel they need extended hours. As a hotel near the airport it is somewhat isolated - getting food at odd hours can be a problem. My bathroom Sink Was Leaking EveryTime The Water WasTurned On. I Thought All Rooms Came With Microwave And Refrigerator, Mines did Not. very Hard To Find Place. None. A bit run down. Very hard to find. Seen better days. Internet was hit and miss. No big deal. The location. Newark. didn't have any dis-likes. Difficult to loacat from the airport. finding the way to the hotel was not easy; location is somewhat hidden from the main street or highway; hotel sign on the street is too small;. The hotel was very difficult to find and in an extremely uninteresting location. It was a good choice for convenience to the airport for a very early flight, and the location is not a problem if using the hotel's airport shuttle, but it's location is nearly impossible for drivers unfamiliar with the area. The fact that, without a vehicle, it was almost impossible to venture outside the hotel. The lack of restaurant - although the one at the neighbouring hotel (walking distance) was quite good. Location. It was very difficult to find. We rented a car At Alamo and then spent a very long time trying to find it. Que te piden un deposito de 250 dlls de seguridad.... Y al final te quieren cobran.. State taxes, sales taxes. room taxes :S and MANY OTHER STUPID THINGS.........AND AT THE END IT TURNED OUT IT WAS 250 DLLS... WOOOW HOW SMART..
