The staff was so nice! I woke up with a migraine and they let us check out later, no extra charge. I even dropped my wallet om the way out and they called me right away to return it. Value was excellent. We will stay again. When we checked in the woman at the front desk was very nice to us. Said she gave us a room on the fourth floor facing front so we could see the ocean. A decent view. Room was clean but no frills.
all reviews » My friends and I loved how you could see the beach right outside of the balcony. It was peaceful and very relaxing and the pay was great for 6 people!. We loved staying there. The management was great! Very friendly made us feel right at home. They care about their people. Not many motels do. we are in our 60's and on a fairly tight budget. we enjoyed having a room that was neat with low rates. The staff was very friendly! The room was older but was very clean. It was a great deal for the money!. The best thing of this hotel was the kindness of the office staff, and the location is fabulous. close to the beach and very affordable, the owners were very nice and the motel was clean,. They gave us a room on the ground floor since my husband is handicapped. Price was great, stayed 6 nights for $203 after taxes and everything. I liked how close it was to the beach. And shopping centers. Pool was great. other guest were friendly.Room was spacious. close to everything Staff was nice I would stay again. Location. 4th floor equals four flights of steps with bags. Not too big of a deal. Our neighbors were a bit loud & trashy but you can't help that when you stay somewhere cheap. I think they need to put a chain on the door so little ones cannot come out. There is not one thing I didn't like, everything was taken care of, everything was clean and no problems. none. Beds were not very confortable. It was a little further from downtown than I thought and had to drive there and pay to park but still a good deal for the money. No elevator. Bed was a little stiff but good for price i suppose. No coffe in the room. could use up date. It's don't have hair dryer,iron,coffee maker,shampoo. i had no problems. Had everything but a coffee pot in the room :(. The bottom sheets were not fitted and would not stay tucked in for just sleeping. The outside lights were not on the first night and had to use flashlight in stairway for safety but they were on the second night. tooooo noisy with motorcycle in am. The stairs. No shampoo or conditioner offered. No way to tell cleaners do not disturb. Not enough outlets in room. Lighting was inadequate. Shower head too low. depending on your needs not in walk distance to the "city". My bed broke down during the night. Dis repair of kitchenete Thin towels; but there were plenty. Old and new a fresh paint inside & out. Bathrooms and rooms need updating. The woman owner is super rude and the man owner lurks around the hotel all night. It was creepy. I didn't like the neighborhood. We found our room to be in need of serious renovation. The appliances were old and rusted, the toilet seat was missing one bolt to hold it on, the air conditioner was dirty and the floor was filthy. The place had a strange odor. The picture on site was out dated. dirty. Shower head was very low...had to bend over to wash hair much smaller then appeared online overpriced for size of room. Bathroom was very dirty! Checked out of hotel after finding a nice, clean room at another hotel (1 hr after initial check in). Worse hotel in my experience in my life. Not clean at all, in the tub, on the bed, in the floor in three rooms that they showed us.
