The room was ready at check in. Room was clean and comfortable. The pool was also nice with plenty of fresh clean towels. The young lady at the front desk was helpful when asking for a couple of pillows. The complimentary breakfast was nice clean and ample supply of food set out. A lovely new waffle batter machine was a nice tough. The indoor pool was a big hit with 2 kids (ages 3 and 6). It was wonderful not having to go to a restaurant for breakfast, as there was a large variety of foods available for the continental breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable and the front desk staff friendly and prompt.
all reviews » Staff was Awesome!!! From contacting them directly the day of arrival to verify booking, to being at breakfast, and asking how things are going. Everyone was very upbeat and appeared interested in your care. This is a fairly barebones motel, but it does have an indoor swimming poo (which we didn't have time to try out). It was a good value for the money. Near good restaurants. close easy access to freeway. Friendly management and employees. The ability to smoke in the room. The price was good. Staff friendly. Everything advertised excellent. staff was friendly + helpful. room was good. It was Quiet and friendly I enjoyed my stay. the price was good the place was clean. pool is nice room layout wifi quiet!. quiet comfortable good night's sleep. Very nice accomodations. Indoor pool, easy to find location off freeway, alright price. Easy location to the freeway, decent price. Quiet, location access from highway. what we did like was the fact that they had a refrigerator and microwave and coffee maker in the room. We did not like anything about this property. Room smelled bad, overpriced and unfriendly manager. nothing. The room was freezing when we walked in. Took some time to get the heater up and running. Would have been nice to have a little note telling how to set the dials. Would have been perfect if there was a hot tube to soak or cold bones in. Swimming pool a little cold. And when we had to leave a day early for my work, It appeared they were not really interested in losing that income. But they did help in the long run, and it got resolved, so not really a problem. Overall a very pleasant stay. It was fine for the price. Nothing. the continental breakfast was lacking in the food that was supposed to be there. No cinnamin buns, no brown bread. nothing. the pool room was to hot they should heat the water not the room especially when it is hot outside. breakfast not enough outlet plugs in the room. No elevator. Slow service ,no one was ever at front desk, room smelled pretty bad, stained fabrics, old mattress, out of date decor, no lotion. Room did not have towels or wash cloths. The waste baskets were not lined. Breakfast was bad: bad coffee, eggs overlooked, toaster kept blowing fuse, bread cheap-not tasty. Lack of some amenities (iron, ironing board). WIFI did not work for IPad nor IPhone. The hallways and stairs did not look vacuumed and cleaned for the two days we were there. The paint inside the bathroom was all over door frame and spots all over the floor. The caulking along the baseboards was in poor condition. No pride in a job well done. no elevator, have arthritus, and three sets of stairs is difficult. The room was not very clean, the bathroom was horrible, we felt like they didn't even finish cleaning it. I was very hesitant to use the glasses in the bathroom, one of them was on top of the ice bucket upside down, they other glass (there we're two)was upside down on the sink and around the sink was hair from someone's shavings. That was disgusting. the bathtub looked like it had never been cleaned. We did not even take any showers. Thought it to be spendy given the quality of facility. Our son caught a flu bug the first night we were there and we went to the managment first thing the next morning and they would not refund us for the second night. We will never stay at this property again. everything. Booked 2 non-smoking rooms in May, got 2 smoking rooms. The 1 for my daughter with a baby had "fumey" airconditioning none of the 3 managers I talked to about it even tried to fix it or offered to move her, no fridge when check in, tv locked in parental control that no one knew any way to fix. 95 degree weather and she could not use the air conditioning when in the room and we had to purchase a fan to use at night with window open!!.
