Love the kitchen area. We did he not expect that since we had never stayed at a Candlewood Suites. Came in handy for our breakfasts. We enjoyed the central location so much we extended our stay there by a couple of days. The front desk staff was especially helpful. We loved all the amenities this place had to offer (ie: laundry facilities, the cupboard store, etc). We would stay here again in a heartbeat!.
all reviews » The reception staff where very helpful and gave us some great advise on where to go out to eat. They were flexible when our stay extended and there were no issues with confirming each morning for additional days. The room staff where always helpful and friendly. Really nice place to stay for a visit to the Mooresville area. I loved the kitchenett - I was able to cook for my son who I was there to visit and it was more convenient than eating out. Also, my son missed his momma's cooking! I absolutly will stay there again when traveling back to visit my son!. The facility was wonderful, the staff knowledgeable and friendly. Exceeded my expectations. Clean well appointed rooms good air conditioning friendly staff great location. I liked the full refrigerator, the weight room, the work space. The rooms were very clean and comfortable staff was great!. Lovely hotel, new and rooms are very confortable.. Everything! Beautiful and clean and a great value. large rooms..comfortable..pricing..nice and clean. Room was nice. Nice to do laundry. Location. Staff was great. I enjoyed the fact it had an indoor pool and exercise room and free washer and dryer useage. The full kitchen was nice although we ate out each day. Melissa at the front desk was always friendly and helpful and always smiling. The beds could have been a little softer - but other than that, everything was great. There was not enough hot water for one shower. shower drain drained very slowly. benches out front encourage loitering and should be removed. Liked everything nothing bad to say!. asked for towels,sugar,and coffee one morning and never received them..had to go down and get them..it was logged in the computer when I asked. also,one of the desk people was alwys on her phone..not professional. Noise outside of rooms that lasted all night. Maids vacuuming at 8 am. Slamming doors all night. Dogs/people fighting right outside room. nothing. There was things missing from the kitchen , bags not in garbage cans and only three of them . Otherwise it was just what we needed and an awesome staff!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank u. I reserved a queen suite and did not get that. The guy at the front desk said they did not have those at that hotel. There was rarely ever anyone at the front desk when you needed them(except for Melissa) It was a bit inconvenient having to exchange towels everytime you need clean ones. The maids only clean the room or make beds when you checkout. The air conditioner is loud and kept us up most of the night.
