The day staff, Mile, Tierra, and the night person on Friday night ( I didn't get her name) were very helpful and had pleasant attitudes.
We thoroughly liked the staff, especially Mike the Manager.
The demeanor of the night person, Robert. Is not a people person and was not congenial. Our room was not cleaned on Thanksgiving day and we had to get our own towels.
