I would give this place a number 10. I enjoyed the quietness at bedtime, the staff from check-in to making our beds were very pleasant and friendly and helpful. My twin granddaughters had a wonderful time eating breakfast "under all the windows" as 4 year olds call it, and the swimming pools were very clean. Little things like having the bed made and the twins babies placed on top of the bed was really a nice jester. Thank you for making our stay such a wonderful experience!.
all reviews » When we got to our room there was water on the floor of the bathroom. We went to the desk and reported it and the attendant got on the phone right away. When we got back to out room it was all cleaned up. They were very friendly. We would stay there again. We stayed one night and booked two rooms. It was easy to find, friendly staff and good facilities. Breakfast was nice to have and the price was good for the area. I stayed on the third floor and it was very quiet. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I will most likely stay there again when visiting Minot. great value...enjoyed hot tub...quiet...friendly....liked waffle maker...nice to have fridge and microwave in room...nice to have lots of plugs in room. Their continental breakfast was good for the price of the room. I also enjoyed that there wasn't 100 oil-workers staying there!. Location was great. The room and bed were clean. \\\\\\\\\\\\\the staff responded when spoken to. I liked how clean the rooms were.The staff was very friendly and helpful. good price for location, close to shopping and recreation. easy access to the highway and businesses in the city. For that price and location I would stay there again. Friendly staff, hot tub was nice. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked. I was glad to have a room with a microwave and refrigerator. Right off of the highway. It was a fair price, except the A/C was not working well. That i will taking this off my list as a place to stay. I liked that the pool was deep, the hot tub was hot. vitually nothing. No thing. They could upgrade the pillows. They were very thin. Didn't really care for having the sink in the room and the bathroom was on the small side. Would have liked some type of meat along with the breakfast. That there is no coffee maker in the room. Luckily I always travel with my own small coffee maker. Be sure to double check the room before leaving because they will not send anything back to you that you may have left behind. missed having some fruit or yogurt for breakfast...thin cheap towels... The towels were very skimpy, as was the toilet paper. The side chairs had holes in them and their best before date was past. The breakfast was short of food, such as fruit or yogurt. No complaints. it got a little noise at night and thier could have been more on the breakfest but what was there was good. Very poor pillows. zero,nothing good service. We had two burn holes in our comforter. First room smelt of smoke, they were very accomodating in changing our room. toilet paper was like cardboard. no coffeemaker in the room was the only item i missed. cigeratte burns on the bedspread, wondered why one would use them. Night staff not all that friendly, but the day staff was nice. Pretty basic and not that new, but seemed clean. No coffee in the room. The mattress was hard and lumpy. Very limited on closed eating locations. The bed creaked a lot. The walls where much too thin, I could hear everything in the next room. Room was dated and bathroom ceiling was dirty. I couldn't sleep. the airconditioner was insufficient to keep the room cool. I would have been better off trying to sleep in my truck. no coffee makers in room poor breakfast old faded bed covering small bathroom with sink outside overpriced for the age of hotel. It smelled like curry. My third time in I recieved a room with no a/c and it was very loud. Awful smell when we entered the room. shower head barely let any water out, bedsheets were very old and chincy, blankets smelled of tobacco in a non-smoking room, in general, the place is operated on the VERY cheap. Well there was hair on the sheets and hair in the shower,the room smelled and had mold on the walls in places. The rooms were small and had no thing in them but a bed,small frig and a TV witck was the nices thing there. This place could be nice but it would take a total do, only stay as a last resort that why we stayed there and cut our trip short because of this place. In close if you stay there good luck!!.
