Nice, cheerful, attentive staff. Clean sheets, hot water, microwave, refrigerator, easy access. Easy booking, easy check out. Other hotels are priced very high (because of the oil boom West Texas is enjoying) - this one is still economical. If you're looking for good value - this is the spot. If you're looking for all of the amenities of lounging at a hotel - look further and pay the price.
all reviews » Staff very friendly. It was a warm place to sleep and it was cheap compared to many places in Midland. The management was very pleasant. The bed was comfortable and had clean sheets. It was quiet. That's about it. The ac dis work as well. The room was clean and was way above the outside appearence. The bed was comfortable. Very convenient and easily accessible to dinning and shopping . Proximity to airport. Comfortable bed. Free wifi. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location of the highway is great! Walmart and some fast food down the road!. Close to WalMart and other stores and restaurants. Internet view was good. Rooms were spacious. Nothing. Nothing. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Nothing. High price of all motels in Midland today. The plumbing leaked and the place was generally in poor condition. It's time to tear that rat trap down. &Quot;The paint was peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom. The "free breakfast" was cereal (two choices) and I got the last two pieces of bread. Coffee was good. Would be a $39 rom anywhere else but there is a shortage of rooms in this area. If you are a trucker or oil field worker this is the place for you! Way overpriced. The outside appearence almost made us cancel our reservations. It looks like an old run down facility. The grass was uncut and the overall look was trashy. Beer cans around pool made me glad I did'nt have my grandkids with me. looked like a party had taken place the night before. We had the clerk show us the room prior to check in. She was gracious and the individual room was ok. For $20 more I could have stayed in a newer place. Did not have enough towels or wash cloths. Had trouble getting the door to shut and lock . Water in shower fluctuated from cold to warm. Sink drain stopper was broken. One thin towel in bath tub rack. Ancient TV. The room had pvc wate lines exposed on cieling. The door had a key pad missing on exterior. The hot shower handle was hard to turn. The beds are old. Like, 80's old. Also, because of the oil boom, every hotel in town ( as well as every other town within and hour in any direction) has completely driven their prices to the ridiculously high price that they are. Definitely not worth the price. Having said that, compared to the other places in town at that price range, it's the nicest one. Trust me I've tried them all. Used bottle of shampoo in bathroom! Carpets dirty! Burn holes in the sheets of a non-smoking room - really! Outside light shined into room hard to sleep at night - room was not dark. Once purchased room was NON-REFUNDABLE and they charge you before you get there!!!! Low key room for a $100 a night - I don't think so. Internet was totally wrong. Dirty, noisy, landscape sucked. Two small pillows. Will never stay there again. Older hotel with minimum upkeep/updating. The bed was cruel. Everything. No pool furniture rules saying no alcohol at pool or smoking. It's an out door pool for gods sakes. This was a sorry excuse for a hotel. Unsafe area, dirty pool, cigarette burns in a non smoking room, dirty toilet paper in bathroom, we got flea bites and breakfast was old. Locked our selves in the room and would not come out until check out time. Staff very rude, will Never stay here again!. The pictures are a gross misrepresentation of the rooms! It is not even close to a 2-21/2 star hotel! It's a drive-up motel.
