We stayed here just for one night after arriving from an intercontinental flight. Very close to the airport and reachable to a free-operating shuttle bus. We could not find anything to complain about. Good facilities, great service, good offers and very friendly staff. The breakfast is quite good and especially the coffee was great, compared to American standards. We stayed at the crowne plaza twice; on our entry into the us and our last night before leaving. The hotel lobby and room were excellent. The weather was too bad to use the outdoor pool. It is a convenient location to the airport. They let us store some bags for a lengthy period without charge. It is worth paying for breakfast inclusion.
all reviews » This was the first night of our honeymoon journey in south florida and very much enjoyed it. We had complementary champagne and cake waiting for us in our room and thought this was very thoughtful of the hotel staff. Room was clean and to my expectations for our first night in Miami!. Hotel was excellent. Staff very good. Room was lovely, it was clean, had everything you needed. Bar and restaurant in the hotel were very good, ate there and the food was superb. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Used the shuttle bus to the airport which was very good. Convenient to Cruise Ship Port. Restaurant & pool on site. Good security. Although a female traveling alone, I felt very safe there. Provided ride to Port for just $10. This was less than a cab fare. Employees were friendly & helpful. You improved a lot, with the small details and the well look of the whole hotel, I like a lot and my familiy also enjoy when we stay the past year, for that reason i came back the last week, an I will stay this friday. staff was very helpful and courteous. accommodations were clean and very comfortable. request for high floor was acknowledged and fulfilled. food at restaurant was of great quality and service was very prompt. They tried to charge us for parking when someone drove in just to pick us up. The day staff was good, but they are understaffed and slow at night. N/A. wait was a little long at the airport for the complimentary shuttle. Where to catch the shuttle from the airport could have been better signed. Nothing! It was perfect! And perfectly priced!. Poor WiFi internet connection in room. I enjoyed it all. Noisy air conditioning (from outside). Bathroom did not have shower (diverted) installed. However, when staff was appraised of this they immediately rectified it. AC too cold. everything was nice. Parking charges. Pool should have been advertised as closed due to renovations. Not hot tub. don´T remember anything. Bathrooms could be cleaner. Rate expensive. Service is disorganized, the staff is friendly but there is not a system for service. The restaurant is poorly managed nad the hostess is at the same time waiter and clean tables. The Hotel is overrated and extremly expensive for what it is!!!!. The bed and pillow were very hard and uncomfortable. However, I was able to request a feather pillow which helped my sleep greatly. Pool was closed. It was small ants in the bathroom. What I didn't like about the hotel was that the carpet was not vacumed. There was someone elses fruit cup lying on the carpet. The service in the dining room, could not get anyone to answer the phone when trying to order breakfast, had to actually walked down to place the order.
