The staff is always so friendly. The rooms are always so clean and the beds are super comfortable! Love the showers too. Great water pressure and wonderful massage shower head! The coffee in the lobby is always fresh and delicious! You cant beat the price for the wonderful stay here!. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. We are able to park our car there while we fly out to a family emergency. The airport shuttle is great and they will collect us at the airport when we return. The food was good and well displayed.
all reviews » One of the best beds ever. The quietest motel I have ever slept in. Hot day and the air conditioner worked great. Breakfast was tasty and well cared for. Room looked like everything was brand new. It was fine. It was convenient and comfortable and pet friendly. It was "on the way," not a destination. Staff helpful in choosing a restaurant. I will stay here again. check-in clerk gave us printed directions to an address that we needed in town and a nice map of area. Bed mattress needs replacing. There was an employee stocking or cleaning out cupboards during breakfast hours, 7 AM. There was boxes all over the floor and I couldn't get to the coffee machine without running into empty boxes. I felt it was unsafe, especially since I just had a knee replacement. I am unstable still on my feet.No apologies were given and she continued to have boxes scattered around the breakfast room. No a/c in the interior hallways.. No elevator!!! We were assigned a 2nd story room to begin with but had it changed. Our Choicepriviledges card was not honored because we did not book direct. Confusion... Breakfast room should be reorganized for better customer flow. Nothing. The breakfast room had room for about 6-8 people. We had to eat at chairs in the hallway. Older, pillows, bed. No TV guide for the many channels. None. The carpet was so dirty we had to put on our shoes after we showered. And we had to be sure not to kneel or touch the carpet with our clothing or it would get very black. Told the staff several different times but they couldn't fix it in the four days we were staying there. Noise. There's no hot water the whole night until I check out.
