It was close to the hospital and we liked the shuttle service to the hospital. We liked the dining room and the staff that worked in the dining room. The breakfasts were great. We liked the staff at the front desk. The free popcorn after 3:30 PM was also a plus. Staff friendly and helpful. shuttle service very reliable .lots of complimentary in lobby tea, water and popcorn breakfast was great restaurant service and food excellent.great stay.

Was wondering if they were working in the room above me. One dinner waitress was very offhanded to the diners. same breakfast everyday. pillows. We were not greeted at the breakfast area and wasn't sure then about how/when to show them our room key or what room we were in to join in for the meal. Bathroom was quite small. Nothing. All was fine. the fact I fell in tub because their bath strips were coming undone and the front desk was not concerned. did not care about my injury. Location was convenient to the university, getting anywhere else involved long walks or the need to use transportation. rooms weren't very clean -- dirty carpets. pool closes at 10p, not later... website deceptive about location in proximity to our desires for trip. Bathroom was tiny, room was small. Decor is poor. Bathroom tiny. Overall looks outdated and a little cheap. The fan in our bathroom was extremely loud. The elevators took forever. Lost our reservation. Wanted to charge us full price for their mistake. Had to track down a manager myself to get the problem solved. He was the only one that supposedly had access to my reservation threw letsbookhotel.com. Too humid inside the building. Needs updating...carpets, bathrooms were poor and wallpaper was peeling. In my first room there was mold on the bathroom ceiling and the tv was not functioning unless certain light switches were on. I asked to change rooms and ended up with a room where the air conditioning didn't work well. No credit/break was given on the cost despite all the inconveniences.
