I loved the decor and design. The room was extremely comfortable and chic (and colorful!) - it looked just like the photos, which was a very pleasant surprise. It was quiet and stylish. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning. I loved the little extras that went above and beyond like usb ports right next to the bed, blackout curtains, and the rain shower. The location made getting anywhere easy by car, plus there were lots of places within.
all reviews » One of the best hotels I've ever been in.. it's decoration is so amazing, so modern.. even they have at least 46' inches Samsung LED TV .. with USB plugs every where ... The (rain) shower is great, you can control everything from your bed; from the lightning of the room to the electronic blackout curtain.. the receptionist are so friendly, polite, & helpful.. highly recommended.. & I'll visit it again for sure :)). Staff were superb, very knowledgable and helpful about the area and L.A. in general. Great staff . Location is excellent too , lots of local bars and restaraunts easy access to hollywood and L.A. in general. Safe to walk too. Parking easy at hotel but for a fee.rooms are clean and comfortable , big bed , great shower, nice feel to the hotel. The staff were fantastic. They were helpful, friendly and informative. The room was beautiful and modern with a lot of mod-cons not available in bigger hotels. The towels were soft and fluffy and the hotel was cleaner than most clean hotels. The bathroom is great. The corridors of the hotel are very well decorated and even inside the elevator there is fashion! I just loved it!!! Also is located close to a lot of attractions in LA. The location was perfect, right on Sunset strip. Easy access to lots of great sightseeing. The building has a groovy, sleek modern design. Very comfy beds. I would definitely stay there again!. The hotel was brand new and in a great location. Unlike other hotels that I've stayed at in this area, there was no valet, which made parking/coming and going as we pleased easy. Very clean hotel right on sunset. Easy to walk to all places. My biggest complaint is the $22 per day for parking. It is an extremely small parking lot (with extremely small parking spaces). One night I actually chose not to take my car out because the lot was full and I was certain that there wouldn't be parking when I returned late. Sure enough, when I did get back, the lot was packed. I have no idea where I would have parked otherwise (plus I would still be paying the $22 for that day!). The bare ground. There is nothing about this hotel experience to complain about. It was great!. Nothing. Aircon was a bit noisy throughout the night. No pool or fitness gym facilities. The lighting in the sink/bathroom area was terrible and made it pretty much impossible to apply makeup. Housekeeping forgot to clean our room one day. Can get noisy. But who cares. This is L.a! Would be nice to have a better / bigger breakfast but aroma cafe right across the street works just fine. No gym, no free breakfast and no self service laundry room. But remember that it's Sunset blvd. Even at night it's noisy. None at all. No restaurant. No food amenities. Room fairly small. Added on taxes, but this is standard across California, so be aware, not the Hotels doing. The room was beside the laundry room and it was noisy. Small room. Lack of sound proofing, could hear door open/close all night. Incredibly noisy Air Condition. Very thin room walls. Anybody walking in the alleyway seems like somebody walking through your room.
