All guests will receive a short-term rental agreement acknowledging Fashion & Arts District Studio 2 policies within 24 hours of booking. This must be signed and returned within 2 business days of booking. Parking is provided for a fee. Payment for parking is taken upon arrival. No request needed, limit one space per reservation. Please note: Guests must present a photo ID matching the credit card they used at the time of booking with their rental agreement. Guests must notify the property via email or phone of their time of arrival. Guests who fail to do so may forfeit their first night’s stay. The non-refundable service charge on this reservation includes cleaning and property protection for accidental damages. All guests are requested to fill out a short-term rental agreement. You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. All cards will be verified by a written authorization and card imprint. Cards unable to be imprinted will be photographed. All reservations are charged a service fee which is seasonal pricing. This amount is included on the Booking. com website at checkout as an excluded charge. This amount will be billed at the time of booking. Please note: There is an additional charge if you arrive outside the normal reception opening hours. Checkouts are promptly at 11:00. Additional fees are applicable for later checkouts by approval only. Please note: A security deposit of USD 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
