The location is perfect if you are going around la, Hollywood area. Its walking distance to the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The hotel is very nice, very clean, and security is excellent compared to other hotels in la within that price range. The parking is in the basement with gate and you use the room key to get in. There's fridge and microwave in the room. It has a pool, but we didnt have time to get in it.

I can't say enough about how helpful and knowledgeable the front desk staff was. I felt like I had a first class concierge staff!. I like the receptionist very friendly, kind and very helpful. I love the room very clean and the bed is comfortable to sleep in. The breakfast room is clean and fresh food. The parking lot is well lighted and had enough space for each car (no worries about denting my car). The hotel is simple but classy. Room was very comfortable & clean, location was perfect to visit Walk of Fame. Complimentary breakfast was helpful. Staff gave excellent directions to Universal Studios, etc.. In-N-Out is just next door, yummy! Was able to store luggage for a few hours after checking out. Great position for walking on the walk of fame and looking at the hollywood sign from the shopping mall close to the dolby theatre. It is also possible to reach the universal studios by one metro stop!!!. The hotel itself is very secured to get in. The area around the hotel has many shoppes and restaurants. It's easy to find food. Within walking distance to Hollywood prime area. I lived in a hotel 1 week. I liked everything, the staff friendly, cleaned every day, the hotel location is just super. Comfortable room. Subway, buses, shops nearby. 10 mins walk to walk of fame and grauham theatre, u can either stay in Hollywood or downtown but anywhere u stay the other would be little far. Good location. It's very convenient to take public transportation to other places of the city. Lots of shops to eat in and do shopping nearby. Way more than we expected!! But please make sure you're walking the right way. We read the map upside down and we got where lost angels are in the city of night :). the location of this hotel makes it an ideal choice, very close to eating places, hollywood walk of fame and metro rail system. lots of eating places within walking distance. The bathroom door seemed to open the wrong way for the layout, but this was a minor inconvenience. Well, in the morning somebody clean the area around the swimming pool or walk way and I'm afraid for my mom by walking on wet grounds. Too much water and very wet and slippery. I think the carpet needed a new one to add more neatness. No staff to help with luggage upon arrival or departure. Many steps leading up to entrance with no signs posted is safety issue. Fell down the steps & hurt myself. Sitting down for 14hr flight was painful. No signs for steps going down to parking either. Joining Wyndham to get points for stays not done promptly or easily. Should be done before visit start + points added per visit. Swimming pool very dirty and not all the staff members are very helpfull and friendly!. Both of us were bitten by a mosquito or some small insect, we don't know what it was. Garage parking spaces is a little difficult to navigate for full size cars. The room to small. I don't have any complaints. Having to pay 10 dollars a day to p as park on a property that I'm giving my business to is ridiculous. Leaving. The breakfast was so so. bit musty carpeting. The room smelled like urine and it made our clothes smell too. TV reception variable, noisy on occasions. Limited space for breakfast when hotel is busy. Breakfast was very average. Price was well over stated. The walls were very thin and the sound from the neighbors rooms carried through. Given advice by reception re telephone calls home which were incorrect and cost money. Room broken in to and hotel did very little. Everything was good.. The queen rooms dosn't have windows. This statemnt dosn't mentioned in the hotel description. The walls were paper thin. We could hear the guy next door snoring. Room (101) with window to an interior corridor and under the stairs! Next to the breakfast room, very noisy and uncomfortable. No crocoaches (which is good) but it was really smelly. They charge the parking as well. 130 bucks for a unpleasant night, I won't come again. Queen room dark and small. Other larger rooms excellent with pool view. Pretty seedy area. Quite basic and run down. Very noisy from the street and paper thin walls. Very Noisy. From my room on second floor I could hear all street traffic noise. I could also hear and was awoken multiple times at night by guests in neighboring rooms and using the hallways. Coffee pot provided was not plugged in and was not located near a convenient outlet to plug in. I had to either unplug the microwave or refrigerator or relocate the pot. Bathroom isn't comfortable. The cable TV was not available (the hotel had installed "Rabbit Ears" which did not offer much reception. The toilet was very difficult to flush as the handle was loose and needed servicing. Housekeeping should have been aware of that. Odd smell. We almost switched rooms. The only window faced onto the hallway and therefore drapes had to be closed for privacy and the room smelled stale. I would not have booked it if I had known this. Brekfast: that is not a complementary breakfast. It´s bread, butter, orange juice and banana ...you cannot call this breakfast. Bathroom: extremely small mainly shower cabinet Appereance: furniture, tv, floor needs to be renewal. 1. Dirty, stinky place old run down and deceiving. The lobby was nice but that is all. To much noise. I would not pay 20 dollars a night let alone I was charged over 500.00 for 3 night. 2. Non English speaking people there. not clean, staff unprofessional. the room is very poor noisy. rooms. Very old, no ramp at hotel entrance to pull bags/ language I think the classification is less than 3 star hotel. Everything.
