Parking lot on the ground floor.Excellent location. Dinner cafe right across the street. Friendly staff. Most staff members were excellent. Older Hotel but outstanding maid service and vry clean rooms. Polite staff, ease of reservation system, parking.
all reviews It's next to Metro. staff awesome. Some good facilities and more staff to cater to the need of all guests. Not a lot. Location. Decorative frame of bathroom door was ready to fall out. I am a bit concerned as the Hotel lost my reservation. letsbookhotel.com got it restored. However my Debit Card shows charges for 2 Rooms and that they are waiting for final authorization. I will rest easier when I find out that I have not been double charged. Front Desk said not to worry about it. It does however encumber my Debi Card. I did not appreciate the 4 am Phone call from the front desk inquiring as to how any rooms I was using!!!!!. smell of cigaretts in hall. It's old. room run down. Our reservation Was Not In The System When We Arrived At The Hotel. The Hotel Staff Told Us They Were Going To Discount The Rooms And Never Followed Through. Price/Quality ratio poor. its more like a motel or a hostel not good enough to be rated as a hotel. Run down facilities, rotting wood in the bathroom, missing pieces of tile.... Wallpaper peeling off and a bug . You should be charging 50 a night. Very disapponted. It was dirty, out dated and needed many repairs in the room.
