Please note: Parking is provided for a fee of USD 10. 00 by limited availability. This property has limited spacing and parking is on a first come, first serve basis. All guests are required to schedule their arrival at this property to the hour of arrival. There is an additional charge if you arrive outside the normal reception opening hours, 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Unscheduled arrivals will be billed a USD 50. 00 inconvenience fee and may experience up to a 4 hour wait for check-in. All guests are required to present photo ID at check-in matching the name on their reservation. Upon booking the property will send a short-term rental agreement for all guest to fill out and return via Docusign. Rental agreements must be returned properly to obtain keys for entry. Arrival instructions will not be sent without the return of a rental agreement via Docusign. All cards will be verified by this rental agreement prior to check in with a written authorization and card imprint. Cards unable to be imprinted at check-in will be photographed and verified with the card company. This property does not accept cash for any transactions. A security deposit of USD 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. All reservations are charged a service fee which is seasonal pricing. This amount is included on the Booking. com website at checkout as an excluded charge. This amount will be billed at the time of booking. Checkouts are promptly at 11:00. Additional fees are applicable for later checkouts by approval only. Checkouts without approval will forfeit their security deposit. Special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
