Very helpful, flexible and friendly staff. I was late for breakfast so was able to get food at the grill. Very clean and comfortable room. Erwin White provided the best service we've could have imagined. He went beyond the call of duty to assist us. Thank you Mr. White!!!!. Price was good for location and accommodations. Close to LB Grand Prix venue. Everything is within walking distance.

The other guest were so friendly. I had a great night. Everything was amazing, staff is very hands on; always checking up on your needs. Food was excellent and the staff knowledgeable and welcoming. The staff was more than accommodating. I will be back. Excellent modern hotel in good loacation. The bed was extremely comfortable!!. nice hotel & friendly staff. The bed, the view, the service. Everything was the best. Everything except.... location,it is westin. Gorgeous room!. The staff was great. I had to wait for the water to heat up to take a bath. Conventioners in the surrounding rooms complained that we were talking too loud at 3am on a Saturday morning after attending a boat party. Old People friendly for sure. The pillows on the bed were very hard to sleep on. letsbookhotel.com did not send my reservation to the hotel so the hotel agent had to create a new reservation. Nothing. need more bartenders on weekends. Nothing. There should not be a charge for wifi....ridiculous!! Also, I wanted to purchase several items from the gift shop. I asked the sales girl if it was open on Sunday, and she said it was all day. It was not open when I checked out at 10:50. very DISAPPOINTED...and they lost out on a rather large sale. I did not like that I had to pay for parking on top of my room rate, a little pricey. Did not have a microwave in the room!. We were supposed to have a king size bed and breakfast included - we got neither!. nobody answer the call from room. Service is ok, no breakfast... Thought it would be worth the money, being a some what high end hotel I was very disappointed with the room. Originally I was staying 4night but decided to cut my stay to 2 and check into a hotel that was more expensive but was up to my standards. The customer service was poor.I Asked for help to get to know the city and they were not able to help or find information for me. I reserved a room with a king bed and they gave me two queen beds.Very unsastified experience.
