The receptionist had trouble finding my reservation. I had to share my email confirmation. Then trying to put it in manually gave more trouble than expected. The manger allowed me to have a cocktail on the house. Very clean rooms. Room was clean and spacious. Nice Workout Area and Jacuzzi. Good Value through letsbookhotel.com. Desk Staff helped get missing toiletries. The hotel was modern, clean and comfortable. 3 1/2 star hotel at a 2 start rate, thanks to letsbookhotel.com!.

I was well cared for in clean and comfortable surroundings by a well trained and informed staff. Thanks!!!. Transportation from airport was right on time room was very nice restaurant was very good. Large rooms, beautifully decorated, impeccably clean. The dining room is excellent. The price was reasonable and the location, although kind of hidden, was good. Kiki who worked the front desk was a delight and made us feel most welcome. Very clean hotel. Spacious room and comfrotable for enough for my family. The room was spacious and very comfortable. . the staff was friendly. The hospitalitay was great Wonderful employies I would stay again. Spacious clean rooms and lobby. Convenient to airport. Comfortable. Everything. Price. could not wait to leave wait to leave. went to go swim but pool was closed and then when the lifegusard arrived she told me pool was not ready and to come back in half hour. never did get s swim in. Clean room and comfortable bed. Some one found it funny to play with the fire alarm system on Halloween. We all had to evacuate. Then the elevator didn't work had to do the stairs. Pool Was cold. People were smoking on non smoking floor. Parking was absolutely terrible and unacceptable. No fridge in room. No Blow Dryer in room. Would not allow late checkout. No restocking of toiletries. The 5th floor with noisy group partying, in the corridors, until 2 - 3 am. Kids running in the halls at 5 am. The fire alarm was set off in the middle of the night and the waiting process was ridiculously long. there were some lady bugs infesting the room due to sudden warming trend. I had to wait for one hour and half to be checked in to the my second room. No update from staff until i came down to front desk to ask again after a phone call. a wedding was being held. they need to upgrade the parking and add a couple of spaces for buses. a bus parallel parked into the parking lot taking up several spaces. I booked on line and when I arrived there they had know Idea of my reservations I was very very upset. Nothing. No fridge or microwave. Not enough towels. The hotel caters towards business people and not the average traveller. Non-working heat. Charging $10.00 for internet access Charging $3.50 for a bottle of water No bath-tub, no refrigerator and no microwave . It was dirty we were in the it was dirty we were in there for this room from the elevator the carpets were Phil say I would never stay there yetthe carpets were dirty not fill up.
