I have stayed at many hotels for leisure especially in the last 6 months and this one by far was one of the best. I booked last minute as a surprise getaway for my new beau and he loved it! The indoor pool and Jacuzzi were almost never in use the two times we went down. The walls for the room were not paper thin like most hotels. And the staff was friendly and accomodating. There were about 5 other hotels a stones throw from the Westin and I've always been a Marriott gal myself having worked fo.
all reviews » The staff was extremely helpful. We didn't make our connecting flight to California & had to stay in Baltimore overnight. The shuttle from the airport & to the restaurant for dinner made the delay much easier to take. Liked room and personnel-had to leave early so didn't get to eat in dining room-very very handy to get to airport and car rental. Pool Gym floor to ceiling window refrigerator in room free water and apples friendly/helpful staff free airport shuttle. Centrally located and easy to get to most activities in Baltimore. Shuttle service to and from hotel complimentary. The wine glasses were nice along with the refrigerator and spacious bathroom and double shower heads. Gym Pool floor to ceiling window in room refrigerator in room staff friendliness. Once again it was a delightful stay. The bed was one of the most comfortable. Staff was courteous, room was spacious; bathroom nice; cleanliness good. The hotel met every expectation. The staff was unusually friendly. Bar inside the hotel. Separate office facilities. Ended up taking cab for $25 to the Orioles ball game. this was an unexpected cost. The reseervations got screwed up but they were soon straightened out. Housekeeping knocking on my door 3-4 times before leaving at only 9:20. The carpet looked dirty and the floor had some objects that were missed with cleaning. The bathroom lighting was not good for the morning routine. Nothing. When I called about my reservation the day after booking and the same day I was to check in, the hotel staff had not received anything from letsbookhotel.com. Also, I called to see if I could do an early check in (12pm) and was told no rooms were available at all. Went in the hotel anyway since I was sitting outside and magically a room was ready. I feel like I was lied to. I use to work in a hotel. I know the ropes. The on duty desk manager was not customer friendly and needs to find a new career/ The lost my 4th day reservation and I had to leave a day early. The room was very dusty.
