Room was great - bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was great each day. stffe. Subway station was supposed to be a 5 minute walk! More like 15-20. Getting the shuttle at the hotel was quick and easy. Getting the shuttle to pick us up at the subway was not. It left my wife and I (70 years old) standing in the sun with a heat index of over 100 for 40 minutes !!! I asked for a receipt for my room costs and they told me they could not provide one because I had booked through an outside business and they had no information to provide one..
