The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. It is definitely an older hotel, but it has been kept in good working order. The bathroom was spotless. The continental breakfast was simple but good. This is not the Four Seasons, but it exceeded my expectations. This hotel is clean, quiet, and a great deal for the price. At first glance of the building you may be a little apprehensive because it is an older hotel, but the room was very clean. Daily maid service did a great job and also replenished the towels everyday.

Toilet paper holders are too large for the width of the toilet paper roll. I would also suggest some fabric softener to soften the towels. Nothing. The entrance door to get in the rooms was broke and hard to open. Hotel is in process of changing name - sign is confusing and we had a hard time locating the hotel. The small TV. Had to pull really hard on door to shut it. Room in need of refurbishment and pool empty. Breakfast wasn't worth it. Either provide a reasonable variety (decaf coffee for example) or don't bother. The building is in need of an upgrade. It is a very old and dated property in need of upgrading. The Wifi signal is terrible. My reservation was not there got the wrong room key room was clean. Felt I should have been compensated some how. Fix the sign light it up kinda bypass it at first. There were hairs in the tub,sink not from me,stains on comforter,and the entire room needed dusting. Poor condition. Ground floor room and window would not lock, Cable was not working, mentioned it to the front desk and nothing was done. Location is not the most desirable. the hotel is in disrepair. no wi-fi no frig no microwave no coffe pot. beds were cheap and uncomfortable. pillows cheap and flat. not modernizes at all. security was poor no outside doors where locked. No breakfast as advertised, unclean,. The service was terrible,there was no breakfast.upon check out I had to try and find someone I rang the bell,knocked on doors for twenty minutes before someone came to check me out.the doors from the outside going into rooms were broken and unlocked all night.
