The location was "GREAT", only 3 miles one way to the Osage Outlet Mall & 3 miles the other way to multiple family activities. We loved the indoor pool & jacuzzi that was open early in the morning & late @ night. The staff was so pleasant, polite, & willing to help @ whatever they could. They were out early in the morning to remove the continuous falling snow and still offered room service when it was cold & snowing out. The rooms had all the essentials needed @ a reasonable.

Price, good location, high class, everything is right together, friendly people, everything thing we wanted was right there,. Counter person was very friendly. The staff at restaurant was awesome and she made us feel nice. Restaurant was pretty good. Pool was really nice. Room was ok. All the staff were very helpful. really loved the location. enjoyed the pool. it was quiet. and staff were very friendly. the staff was great room was clean and the restaurants food was good. Close to everything.. Friendly people.. Safe. The restaurant was beautiful with good food!. It was quiet and comfortable. The room was nice and roomy. The location was convenient to shopping and dining out. Bed very comfortable. The lounge and bar tender we liked very much. Front desk, pools, dive in movie. The food was pretty good and the view of the lake was great. Kids under 12 yrs eat for free when a adult eats. The beds were more firmer than I'd like. If you're looking for beds to lounge in all day these aren't the 1'S. I didn't like that turkey products weren't available for breakfast, hopefully when I return they'll have some. The heater didn't always work properly but when it felt like working, oh did the heat heat up the room. We have stayed there many times and the outside areas were always very nicely landscaped. I noticed this time that the planters were all full of weeds....looking a bit tired around the pool too. They need to invest in new lounge chairs. nothing. Initial room mix-up and room was smaller than I expected. I thought it was pricey for a room with 2 beds. Needs updated with décor, tv, shower didn't work great. Long walks to room, especially with luggage. Parking wasn't great either. we did not get to stay as long as we would have liked...we only had one night. would have loved to experience a lot more outside things. maybe next time. The carpet in the rooms, and no lake view from the hotel. The room was just ok and the TV didn't work well. All 3 of the pools, the 2 outdoor and the indoor pool, were cold. I have Asthma. Everywhere we went on the grounds,people were smoking. The pool, the restaurant, on the porch. I could not avoid the cigeratte smoke. I was sick, most the time I was there. Even our non-smoking room smelled like smoke. It was not a good place for me personally. The top cover, blanket and top sheet together were less than 1 inch thick. Thank goodness there was an awesome heater in the unit. Also, shower was just warm, not hot. Front desk staff was not interested in my feedback. The unit definitely was not worth the money spent. I was expecting a lot more for a "resort". Will definitely not stay here when there are several other places to stay nearby at a much more affordable price. Buildings dated. No elevator. We had no comforter on the bed just a thin blanket. We were put at the back of the lot. The pictures on the web r way off. Room was not what we expected.. and bed was hard. Dirty, run down, restaurant staff, missing ice machine, hot tub has been covered. The room wasn't clean when we arrived, so we had to wait for them to clean it again. The buildings need repairs.The carpet was dirty looking.The staff wasn't very friendly. The price for the room was overprice for what it was. They also have a resort tax. Don't expect to watch a lot of TV, cable doesn't work well. Beds were not comfortable.
