We booked for five days the owner decided that wasn't enough wanted a seven-day minimum though that was not the condition on booking.com. I paid over $15,000 and when I got my refund it was $1000 short because of the Canadian exchange rate. I spoke with a manager at booking.com by the name of Mickey and he assured me that I would be credited my full $15,000 Canadian and I would not lose any money.
