The innkeeper was warm, hospitable and an interesting conversationalist. She is also an excellent cook. Her salmon and eggs was delicious. She uses fine ingredients -- many organics.
The house is beautifully furnished with many of the furnishings tastefully appointed antiques. Our room was comfortable and we had a private bath across the hall. It is convenient to walking the historic district of Kingston. all reviews »
The B&B was beautiful, comfortable and tastefully decorated. It was a true Victorian home furnished in that way. The food was delicious as Alicja prepares fresh homemade scones, waffles, frittata and fresh fruits, juice and unlimited tea/coffee. She is warm and welcoming with great suggestions for restaurants and activities in the area. I highly recommend a stay at this wonderful B&B!.
The owner was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were quite tasty. Very convenient to uptown Kingston, so you only have to walk a few blocks to get to the local restaurants and bars.

elegant and large. Nothing to do with small, smelly chain hotel rooms.

It was historic. Beds were comfortable.
I do not dislike cats, but I suggest that anyone who has a serious allergy let the innkeeper know in advance. The cat is lovely and not a bother. My allergies are mild enough that I do not react if I do not touch the cat. Thus, it was not a problem. I'm sure Alicja would be most accommodating for a guest who did not like or could not tolerate the cat.

Our bathroom was down the hall.We had to request a key to lock it so no
one else used it.Very dark, poor lighting.Even the remote for the tv was
faulty.We arrived and the curtain rod had fallen off so we had to wait
for our room until it could be fixed.Would stay on the other side of
town our next visit.Owner did not have visitor info to share with us.Not
helpful staff.
