The hotel was extremely clean and the hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Our hotel room was very clean and we were very pleased with our room and the service we received. We'll definitely book again at the Hyatt Place Jacksonville Airport and would eagerly recommend it to others. What a wonderful surprise. Our first time at a Hyatt Place. Great value and looks and feels upscale from all the other discount hotel chains. Hyatt always goes first class, even at bargain rates.
all reviews » the size of the room was perfect! the staff was very attentive and extremely welcoming as well. the food was delicious, the beds were comfortable...this was my first of many stays at this hotel. Great room. Loved the split design with the sectional couch and large screen TV. We relaxed there before going to sleep in a fabulous bed. Hotel in quiet remote area. We loved the room. Very spacious and comfortable. Even though it was a lot of traffic and it was near a lot of other hotels, the area was perfect. Shopping and restaurants was right down the street. I loved the decor in the room! I call it a luxury suite/hotel! Very well mannered employees and cleanliness throughout the hotel! I woul recommend everyone to stay here!. A comfortable and relaxing stay. Very friendly staff and a fantastic breakfast. Will look for Hyatt Place on future trips with family. It was easy to find, the rooms were very nice, it was a relaxing place, not up tight. The breakfast was good, & the staff was nice. Large spacious quiet rooms moderate prices friendly staff decent breakfasts close to the airport close to restaurants and a mall. Shuttle service was available all day and evening, dropped us to a local restaurant and picked us up after, all complimentary. Bed was very comfortable.breakfast was a cut above most hotels with included free breakfast staff very pleasant and helpful. closeness to airport; friendly staff; clean; different room design; could stay longer in room for later pm air departure. I was told it was hot continental breakfast and most of the food was decent but I expected a little more maybe like some scrammbled eggs and sausage or bacon rather than what I got! But overall it was decent! I made the best of it!. They had my reservations messed up, but they did get them sorted out. They didn't have a waffle maker. Really can't think of anything. breakfast items kept running out. Nothing. The bathroom was very dark. The coffee pot in the room was broken. The overall room lighting was ok but the bathroom really was lacking. Could be cleaner, and the first assigned room has already someone in... Rooms were not ready when we wanted to check in at 3:00p.m. We had to wait approximately 1 hour 20 minutes for our rooms to cleaned and ready. 1. Bathroom floor had black sticky marks. Husband cleaned with soap and tissue. He didn't want me to call and complain. 2. Light didn't work over bed on left. liked it all wonderful place!!!!. The pool was really small. small bathroom. Breakfast. all was good. location. Pool was dirty with no towels. no complaints. Breakfast facility very sub standard. Out of many (popular) items (OJ, coffee, food) every morning. Eating area hot and smelled bad. breakfast. nothing!. Breakfast choices. nothing. Breakfast was not great. Had to straddle the toilet to close the bathroom door. Regardless of thermostat setting, room was only two things.....very warm or too cold. Constantly awakened to adjust setting. I ended up sick before leaving.
