The location and convenience of being next to the Cracker Barrel. The lady at the desk was nice & friendly and check in was easy. The value was also one of the reasons it was chosen. guest services and management was wonderful. the hotel was very nice and clean. Friendly desk clerk at check-in Clean Quiet Took dogs. The service was wonderful and the price was good too.

Good value. I liked the location was central to everyone and everything we came to Jackson to do. Nothing about the hotel, my first stay at a ABVI and my last!. Location for shopping and eating. The location of the hotel. The room was okay. The carpet in the room was wet. I can only assume it was from the AC draining inside the room. the noice outside of the our room was loud. TV in awkward position Towels weak. I had to pay $10 extra to get my checkout pushed back an hour. The room needs some maintenance. for recent water damage leak in ceiling. Very small room and bathroom (one queen bed), room faced interstate and was somewhat noisy but the heater-A/C drowns it out. hidden costs of having pets with you pet friendly does not say pay to have them with you finding pills on the floor of room that was there on walk in. There was a terrible smell in lobby and elevator. Room was ok. Beds were very hard. Obvious stale smoke smells in the halls, even though we booked a non-smoking room. breakfast was a JOKE toast and cereal ???. there was a stale odor all the way through the building, the air conditioning never got cool, there was trash under the sink from a previous guest, the coffee nor cups and bathroom supplies were refilled for the second day and neither the kitchen or bathroom sinks were wiped down. I can't imagine much else was cleaned either. there was peanuts and crumbs beneath the pull out couch and no sheets were provided for the pull out. we pulled some off the bed. smell of urine in hallway carpet, looks like it is run on the bare minimum, not supplied very well, dirty. I do NOT recommend this to anyone!. All exterior door locks did not work with key cards so you had to walk around the building to get in. The breakfast consisted of two types of cereal and some bread to toast (nothing else). There was a Vaseline type material on the table in our room and possible bed bugs on the mattress. The hallways all smelled like burned foreign food and did not have a clean smell. Felt like we needed big spray. The blanket was burned and not clean on one of the beds. The toilet was not working properly had to fixed. The door to the room had been broken would not properly lock had to use ther latch. We asked for a no smoking room between two smoking rooms. We smelled smoking all night. The house keepers leave at 12pm and can't get your room clean after 12. What do you do if you still in your room at 12 or 1pm. The pictures of the hotel on line were much better than the actual hotel. Would never stay there again. None of the adjectives above describe the hotel. I would have selected words like "dirty", "horrendous", or "sucks". I wouldn't stay there if it were free - I would feel safer sleeping in my car. No Hot water for morning shower Had been broken for a week but guests were not informed.
