We stayed there for three nights from May 3 to May 6, 2013 and the hotel completely exceeded our expectations. This is the first time we stayed at a SpringHill Suites and we chose this property because its location was convenient to the places we needed to go to. At $115 a night, we didn't expect much but what we got blew us away. The room is not just a hotel room. Our room is modernly decorated. It has a king-size bed, a separate living area with a couch and a workstation, a separate shower ar.

The room was spacious and decorated very nice, also liked the bathroom being separate from the shower. Staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast items were good. Bed was comfortable. Large dining area. It was excellent value for money with free parking and breakfast included. It was easy access to main tourist areas eg Laguna or Newport Beach. Easy road accessto LAX. Everything! Great rooms, great breakfast, helpful staff. Very convenient location for both Disney and beaches. Lovely beds and bathrooms. Highly recommend. I had two rooms, one for my daughter and son in law and their one year old. Everything was done pleasantly and professionally. I came with my famly and found 2 girls very helpful and friendly.i realy thank for both of them vmayra ceja and Andrea ceja. I love that we could have a nice breakfast, staff was very friendly and our room was very clean. It's spacious. We liked the location of the Springhill Suites, the friendliness of the staff, and the pleasant atmosphere. Great location and nice hotel. Everything. Beds and separate living space. Breakfast. What needs improved? The elevators could use new carpet. لايوجد. Breakfast area where you help yourself to food was very small for the amount of items offered, one counter along the wall, would be better served if it were in an L shaped counter, freeing up area in two sections. Cereal ,breads,muffins,yogurt in one area and the eggs, meats, waffles and fruit in the other section. There was a separate area for coffee,tea, and juice could all be together. On the scale of 1-10 would rate an 8. N/a. Nothing. No negative comments. Breakfast was last year in june better than now.this year they do not have waffle every day . The sofa bed in every Sprillhill Suite I have stayed in has had mattresses that should have been replaced. Don't market those sofa's as any type of third bed. It's insulting. No one could sleep on them. The only issue: breakfast didn't have bacon!. Pool was small, no jacuzzi. Breakfast only served till 9:30.
