The unit may not be used for illicit activities that violate local, state or federal laws. Please note: this unit is completely non-smoking. Please note: pets are not permitted. Please note: a fee of USD 35 will be charged for each lost key. Please note: the unit must be left in the same condition as when guests checked in. Please note: contact the property if you know of or caused any damage to the unit. Guests should also contact the property for emergencies. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Modern Montrose Condo in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of USD 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
