We stayed at this hotel while my sister was having tests and lots of appointments at a nearby medical center. The beds were really comfortable, and having a kitchen was a great bonus. The shuttle provided to local shopping (target, a grocery store) meant we could easily buy food for the week that we were there. The pool area was nice to sit in and get some fresh air. We even brought our dinner out there one night!.

The staff. Front desk was awesome! The hotel was booked full, long line of people checking in and 1 lady handled everyone with a smile, pleasant attitude, and she made it appoint to acknowledge and apoligize to everyone for the wait.. Dealing with her in the beginning of my stay made it all worth it. I believe her name is Jamie. I appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities and friendliness of the staff. I felt at home although alone. Location. Convenient to all parts of city. Comfy beds. Kitchenette great & well equipped & stocked. Location, value, quiet. This wasn't exactly business. We were going to MD Anderson for cancer treatment. Hotel is located near medical center and everyone at hotel is friendly, supportive, and kind. Hotel is wonderful. I will stay there again anytime I have to be in Houston. shuttle service to nearby places friendly and helpful staff. room was very nice and quiet. parking convenient. The purpose was to visit a sick family member. Location to medical facilities. Clean room, nice pool. The staff was very nice and courteous. The room and hotel was very clean. Staff is friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help. The staff at the hotel was very polite. I like the location and property. proxlmaty to hospital. Girl at front dest. No continental breakfast or lobby coffee. Gym equipment not well maintained and tv didn't work. Front desk staff not attentative. There was a bad smell when we turned on the water in the kitchen sink. At first I thought it was the water until I realized it was odor coming out of the drain. No washcloths in the room. It would be nice to include breakfast with cost of room. No soap for washing dishes in kitchenette. The smell inside the room. It must have been a smoking room before. Nasty smell. No included breakfast, room service meals are relatively slow and pricy. We would like a restaurant open almost 24 hours. The walls were paper thin. We could hear the conversations from the hall and adjacent room. The room was small. We received a price break due to the medical reason we were staying; however the regular price would have been a robbery. We wished we had stayed at Marriott. It was twice the money, but, I am sure the stay would have been nicer. I don't agree with the $8 a day parking fee. This hotel was extremely dirty in the elevators, common walk-ways and our room. And during our stay our phones in our room never worked, even after talking to the front desk. Didn't like was told when I booked rooms. Each rooms is big enough for 4 people per room. It wasnt a suite but standard room It was a party of 8 guys and hotel expected for 8 males to share two beds in each room. a chair cost extra, will never use bookit again price was not as quoted. Smell Impossible to get even a bag of chips after 10pm Mattress the worst I have ever seen. No hangars.
