I have had to make several visits to Houston. This is the first time ever I was able to find an economy hotel on line that I was absolutely comfortable with. There are many shopping, and dining obtions nearby. As a single female I felt safe. The rooms are updated, big, and clean. The management staff is very accommodating and friendly. I will definitely go back. I was very pleased. Thank you.
all reviews » Very pleasantly surprised, newly renovated and have no idea why this place received bad reviews location wise. And although there was no breakfast, this was an excellent value. I've spent way more for a lot less at your bigger brand name hotels. Highly recommend. Not us owned, but few are these days. The manager and the staff were wonderful! We had minor complaints (needed a place for my 3 year old son to sleep) and it was fixed without question. We will absolutely stay at this location again and will be advising our business to use this location as well. The hotel was clean, new build , very updated. Staff was great and helpful. Location was great, one block from hwy 45. Close enough to be convent and far enough off hwy to be quiet . Lots of places to eat close by. Bed was very comfortable. I really love the location and that it's by eateries. I have an 8 year old and15 year old. it's very quiet and the price is AWESOME. I will be back in town for a party next weekend and I will stay in the same hotel. We had a very good experience, and it was a good value. The hotel was close to our destination, the staff was helpful and friendly, and our room was comfortable. I was very pleased that the wifi worked perfectly. I didn't like the additional $30.00 in taxes in fees. When price checking paying 142.00 for three nights looked good until my bill actually totaled 172.00. Only thing I could find, the bathroom door needed to be wiped down. And the ptac window unit would only work if the fan was left in the on position (but was able to keep it like an igloo anyway). My only complaint is minor. The pictures on the letsbookhotel.com site do not reflect the room we were given. The information was a bit misleading. No breakfast or coffee but did have microwave and refridge in room. No pool or breakfast was there and how it was an outside hotel. Loved everything about the room. The party next door to us and the waking up at 7am with someone yelling "where's my money". Bare-bones. neighbors noise, smoker in other rooms setting alarms, some odor from out of room,. Door need a jam at bottom. Very few channels on tv. The overnight Attendant was not helpful and a bit on the rude side. Morning was nicer and at least hospitable. Lack of any sort of amenities. WiFi did not work. Cabled internet connection did not work. Television is the extent of the amenities.
