Location great, and the restaurants and shops on the ground floor were a plus - the Creme Pot is charming and convenient for breakfast. Staff was very helpful and friendly, went out of their way to be accommodating. Great view of the city from upper floors. The staff is Excellent! : ) I keep coming. : ). Location, helpful staff and good price. Really a homie feeling love it!!!!.

The hotel was in a great location. Walking distance to the city centre, local beaches and Ala Moana shopping complex!. Pool, barbecue area, central location,close to school, close to bus, close to shopping center and walmart. good location, parking at the hotel, close to 7/11, Subway and a public laundry. Adequate for a one night stay. Good location. location two blocks from the beach. location. location. I booked the second-to-last room available in the entire hotel, so clearly got the rooms they'd prefer not to rent. Try to avoid the rooms adjoining the elevator shafts, since those are running all night in a building with 24-25 floors!. It is old. Just wea da room is located by da cars. The bathroom was old and the sink and tub were chipped. It definitely needed upgrading!. facilities were old. This hotel is also used for residential purposes, offering inexpensive long term accomodation for local residents. There was no internet access for those who do not carry their own devices. Had to pay for everyday of stay upfront, had to pay for internet $7.00 a day, was no real kitchenette area it was located on top of the dresser and the refrigerator was a tiny cube, bathroom outdated, fixtures were hard to use, lamps glued to tables no moving them out of your way. Credit card only laundry facilities, no bellman, loading zone impossible sometimes to get into since there is a moped business taking up space, parking $20.00 a day,. no wifi, parking 20 USD/night, the hotel is quiet old.. Elevator chimes continuously when cars travel pass the floor. Curtains were in poor condition. I had to ask the front desk to have housekeeping clean the room and the bath tub. Also needed extra towels for the kids. front desk doesn't know that airport doesn't open until 4 a.m. It smelled like "crack" & "weed". We were gone all day, we did not spend time in the room, so it was good to come back to a clean bed to lay our heads to sleep. Noisy and dirty, in the room were bugs. When I first got into the room I glanced over to the beds and seen a bug on the pillow. I then realized that it was a bedbug. I grabbed the buh with a peice of paper and when to the front desk. I was given a different room along with an assurance that the manager would contac me as soon is He/She got in. Til this very day I habe not been contacted about the situation. All I can recommend is to check the beds when you get there. Blood splatters on bathroom door and stain on the rope in bathroom to hang clothes on... Not clean.
