Very friendly and helpful staff, very nice room. $12 parking right nextdoor, extremely convenient for going to Waikiki beach. One long blockfrom the Duke Kahanmoku statue which is dead center on the beach. GoodMexican restaurant called La Cucaracha along the way that was semi-reasonable.I like the small size of the hotel which makes it a bit more personal and less commercial as big hotels. The room itself is very clean although the hotel building itself is dated.

The kitchenette room, very clean and comfortable beds. Friendly staff, free healthy breakfast/fruits/newspapers, free room high speed internet connection and great location to all accesses. front desk staff. Street side second floor room was very noisy from traffic and people onsidewalk. Breakfast was muffin, oranges,and orange juice. But they letyou have all you wanted.A very minor point, the elevators could use some renovations. They run efficiently but the decor could use a face lift.Can be safety trip hazard to people in or out from the main door access if loading and unloading baggages/surf gears/golf set from a car parked just infront of the main door. Also to avoid keeping too much luggagges close to the lift area. pool area, low ceilings, slow and lacking maid service. beakfast was a joke. housekeeping ineffective not according to standards.
