The courteous and helpful staff, the location and the price. The bed was also super comfy. need to have more people to help with valet. good hotel design. The parking situation and odd layout of the hotel; also the restaurant was dead and we stood there for a few minutes with no service, and decided to go elsewhere. Upon checking into the Hilton,11/23/13, we were advised we did not have a reservation. Had to Provide copy of confirmation from letsbookhotel.com. Upon checking out, Hilton staff charged/pre-authorized $72.75 to my debit card without my knowledge or authorization and would not provide receipt for room charge. Presented issue to Hilton Staff 12/2/13 and referred to my bank. My bank referred me back to Hilton Staff. I am still awaiting receipt for room charge and refund/debit of the $72.25.(12/3/.
