We always stay at your hotel because the lociation is nearest to my families home. It is also very cost friendly, very clean, beds a especially comfortable and staff have always accommodated my needs!. The inn was comfortable and pleasant. We only spent nights there as we were visiting with family during the day. The inn was conveniently located to the place we were visiting.
all reviews » The staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. The check-in was easy. The room was clean. It was just what was expected for the price. We found the motel to be very accommodating and the staff to be very helpful and expedient in resolving our requests. Intelligent staff. Nice layout. Good bed with lots of pillows. Friendly staff, good breakfast, convenient location. room, pool, bed, pillows. Convenience and price. Staff very helpful. Like the quietness. Price was right. price, staff. The fact that there was a fridge and microwave in the room. Shelby was very mice and polite. Nothing. Exercise equipment and room could use some updating. Not being able to cancel the last night's reservation when we thought about leaving early. It was far from where we were visiting--although that was not the Inn's fault. Everything was no frills, ie. basic soap, basic linens, etc. The pillows had no support. Nothing really. Just wish it could have been a little closer to Columbia, MO but that will not deter us from staying there again. Continental breakfast was below par with zero protein. check in staff could not find my reservation in their system. not a problem, there were plenty of rooms. following day I asked day clerk as to why my reservation was not in system, he looked in the reservation book and found it in there. he said who ever received it did not post it, they just filed it. Continental breakfast was minimal. Everything was fine. Breakfast could be better. Older motel, could use new linens on the bed. could not use hot tub, not hot. we considered the breakfast well below par compared to other places we have stayed. The gravy for biscuits appeared to have been reheated several times, had a crust on top. Other items were average at best. I called ahead of time and asked if they had a waffle maker. They said yes and I get there and NOPE. Not one in site. In fact their breakfast was sub par at best. A few pastries and some grapes in the fridge. The breakfast was LAME!. The Pool area was filthy, green mold, peeling paint & rotted wood. Got trapped in the pool restroom which was filthy & the toilet was moldy, the warped wood door jammed & we couldn't get the door open to get out. Lost reservation had to pay for more expensive room that was outdated and in need if repair.
