Helpful staff at the check-in counter. Very clean, modern room, bright and friendly. Comfortable beds. Very decent breakfast, more than we would have expected going on previous experience in US budget hotels/motels. Overall, great value for the money. Clean and nothing to complain about. I was a little bit noisy but that is almost everywhere in the US, since AC in the older hotels are cheap and walls are thin.

Staff helpful. 1) Very crowded, small pool area 2) Rooms near pool area that stays open until 10 PM are noisy 3) Room doors open to the outside and too close to the highway prompting some safety concerns. The breakfast service was pulled while people were still trying to fix their plates. But there is an I-Hop right there... Other guests on same floor were loud n rowdy a couple of nights late. Other than that everything was good. Nothing unsatisfactory. neighborhood at night is not very nice to walk around, not many restaurants or shops nearby. Not too much to do in the area, however we had a car so it wasn't a big deal for us. Noisy as any inn. my teen daughter seemed bored. Room was quite a ways from the parking area but this was a minor inconvenience. The food area for breakfast was very small and uncomfortable. The eating area was adequate, but not the self-service area. NO COMPLAINTS. The website clearly stated that the room supplied was a "suite" that can accomodate 5 adults. We got a room with 2 beds which can accomodate 4 people. After enquiring, we got an extra portable bed which barely fitted into the room after rearranging the desks. windows at our room were unopeable so it was pretty stuffily. Not much. 2 out of 3 ice machines broken. IceMachineNeverHadIceInA.m. Location was hard to exit. Needs to be remodeled, breakfast was just OK. Fresno tuesday night it was so quiet!. very thin walls - you can hear your neighbours. The noisy people in the next room. Fresno is so ugly...if it's not necessary to bei there ..don 't go....we stayed there because visiting sequoia nationalpark ... bad neighborhood. No sofa bed or possibility for the 5th person, despite room occupancy was supposed to be 5;. Staff at front desk were not friendly. Would not answer calls made from room phone, but would answer when I called using my cell phone and they saw it looked like an outside call. Room was suppose to be non smoking but smelled like cigarette smoke and mold. Filthy carpet. Very easy to hear other guests through walls, getting it on at bed time! Noise came right through air vents! Laundry facilities were not in service. Breakfast area was in middle of open hotel lobby. Was given a smoking room , requested a non smoking room, on reservations and next day & was sold you were sold out. Noise Needs uplift and new beds caroet. The room was very small, unconfortable and unadapted for a family of four. The breakfast was awful and the location too small to seat down. Horrible stay. The city was no better! Very unfriendly and unsafe. Very noise and old.
