We had a great time staying at this hotel. It was close to the Stockyards and took advantage of the shuttle the hotel provided to take us there at night. Great place to stay and the hotel staff were extremely helpful and kind. Staff are extremely friendly and hospitable. They were available for questions. And understood that I was a guest. I would stay again just because of the staff. Great job!.

My son is 4, so the indoor pool and the view of the longhorn and horse was perfect!!. Everyone there was so nice and friendly. Ready to assist at a moments notice. The location was great to Downtown, the place was clean, breakfast was great. Excellant stay. Staff very friendly and attentive. Nothing too much trouble. The hotel and the room was excellent. We would stay again at this hotel. The room was extremely comfortable. Very nice. The free shuttle to and from stockyards. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room. After I had concerns regarding breakfast service my prepaid amount was refunded and was given discount off first night's stay by management. Near by Fort Worth downtown and Stockyard.The comfort was fine and provide all your need for waking up like coffee or tea. The bar and resturant were pretty good, and the front desk staff was good. Could have been a little cleaner. Spot cover up paint in bathroom is old and needs re touching as there was mold. Headboard on bed was very dusty. Details are important. Rooms need to match the staffs hospitality. Other than that the hotel is very clean overall. Everything was perfect!. No smoking rooms. It was easy to listen to the conversations of the couple next door, they where not yelling just talking. Every time the person above us flushed the toilet it sounded like it was our toilet. The person had to be dropping a bowling ball every hour. Just all in all a noisy place to stay. Nothing. The staff at the frontdesk was not friendly and attentive enough. No "hello" when coming in, no smile, nothing of that. Nothing. Some of the bathroom fittings were dated but they all functioned which is their primary function. Nothing. The front desk gal working most the time was not friendly at all. Seemed to be annoyed. Tried to have breakfast that was prepaid and after 20 min no one had taken our order or even given us water. Room was somewhat clean after housekeeping was done. the personnel is young and need a professional training how to care for clients.they need to informe themselves on what is going on , what are the opening hours of post and so.. which entertainment is a must and so...the restaurant is provingreding basic meal. Sometimes ingredients are missing in the meal running out of supplying. I had thought i had a normal room with a king sized bed. Being an executive suite i expected a desk and a small work area, but got a conference room with 6 chairs, and a queen sized bed in a tiny bedroom. The pillows on the bed were some kind of small round things that were not comfortable. I was offered no breakfast and went downstairs and saw no place to get coffee. For the 180.00 that I spent on the room I was very dissapointed and will not stay at that hotel again. The room only had a shower and we weren't informed of this at checkin. It would be nice to have at least a small selection of breakfast items at no cost.
