The king room with spa bath was beautiful. It presents a romantic feel with in room spa bath & double shower heads in shower. The room was clean, quiet and the bedding was cozy. The complimentary continental breakfast presented a nice selection.. It was an enjoyable 1st time experience for me and my husband, a mini vacation away. I'm glad I chose to stay at your Inn. I hope to find future great deals/savings on the Floridian Airport Inn when making my accommodation reservations when I trave.
all reviews » We booked in and dropped our luggage off in our room and left for the airport to return our rental car as we had an early morning flight and as just wanted to use the hotel shuttle service. I could not find my wallet at the airport and thought I had left it in my hotel room but it was not there. I went down to the front desk and they had found my wallet on the counter and had locked it away for safe keeping. This finished off 10 wonderful days in Fort Myers. Great staff. Short stay.... less than 12 hours. I liked the cooperative desk personnel and airport shuttle. Nice, clean, comfortable room. Would use it again. Pool looked lovely but we did not have time to use it. The hotel has a completely renovation august 2013. Everything is new and very delicious and nice. Very kindly staff. Very good atmosphere. very clean hotel just renovated..wonderful beds and sheets..staff very friendly..great place to stay!. This caused the staff to act as though I was trying to "get away with something". first room I was given was filled with odor of smoking. the hotel was under remoldeing, but was still clean. Refrigerator should not be in closet, coffeemaker should be out on flat surface, there should be grab bars in the tub area along with no-slip strips on floor of tub. breakfast too simple. No shuttle even though advertised as 24 hr service and I had advised of midnight arrival with booking. Did not have our reservation which may be because hotel changed from Floridian to Sheraton after my booking. no soap or shampoo holder inshowers. No restaurant. Check in was so unfriendly. just about everything else. it was really a dismal experience. room felt damp and I think there was a mushroom under the desk. check-in was goofy, Dina couldn't focus on anything she was doing. I will never stay there again. Hotel Gym was closed due to renovations, Lobby under Renovations, Breakfast ran out of Coffee, Understaffed, Hallways and Lobby were very warm, TV stopped working and Front desk did not send anyone up to fix it, tried to walk me through reset of the TV, asked for pillows but never sent them to room as promised. no management skills. They were under remodeling/construction. Fitness center not available. Overall, overrated!!. no internet. Dirty rooms. Uncomfortable bed. Lousy breakfast. Loud construction in lobby for OVER A YEAR! THIS PLACE IS GROSS. THE NIGHT STAFF IS RUDE. THE DAY STAFF Talked me out of the expensive suite I tried to book! Sad sad place. no sign lighting made it difficult to find and renovations were extensive in lobby/breakfast area. front desk staff was not friendly.
