We enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect! We unpacked in the 1st room and the chain to the toilet broke. I went to desk and asked for a pool side room at no additional cost and was immediately given a free upgrade.
The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet was very good. What more could one ask for.

The front desk informed us our reservation does not guarantee non-smoking room and there ain't any, end of the story! We were not impressed at all, but too late at night to go hunt for something else! My nose was so stuffed after the night spent in the room. The air-con in the room was also the loudest I've ever heard in my life, which doesn't help us with getting much sleep, either. Never ever going back to this place again! Ever!.
