I loved the big bed & it was the most comfortable bed I ever slept in. I loved the price. The room was very clean, neat & smelled great! Staff very helpful & friendly! Other than the train, it was great!. The rooms are clean and It is in a great location to see The Grand Canyon. The price is reasonable. The owners were very accommodating and friendly. I had everything I needed in the room.

You get what you pay for - room with beds and bathroom. If you don't expect more, you'll like this place as much as we did. Very inexpensive, relatively close to downtown, fridge & microwave in room. I appreciate the fact that they are trying to make everything better. Smell in property. Located next to the busy road. Wifi connection broke every few minutes, it was annoying, but we'd found what we needed. Toilet was very close to wall, no light in shower. The outside appearance left a lot to be desired. Manager not very friendly. Only two outlets in the room neither of which were compatible with three pronged plugs. Train noise Bed sheets were not the right type. Didn't have a refrigerator in room as advertised and shower was terrible went from scalding hot to freezing cold instantaneously I will never stay here again. abbastanza vecchio. Towels (thin). Parking. the place really sucked all around I wont ever go back or recommend it to anybody. Go so place else, PLEASE!!!!. The shower was filthy-found lots of long brown hair stuck to the shower walls-I am blond so know it wasn't mine. The carpet was so old and worn out and dirty I wore flip flops even when I got up to go to the bathroom in the night-did NOT want my feet to touch the floor! The towels were frayed on all ends-looked like rags not towels. Room was not clean. musty smell, stale odor. sticky carpet, bathroom moldy. Don't stay here. Pay $10 more, but choose another place. Not this one. The rooms are really dirty. It seems that they just never clean the rooms. Took a full 30 min of running the water to get any hot then it went back and forth from scalding hot to cold. Curtians are old smelly and thin that let the outside light through all night. This place should of been closed 20 years ago. Way to much money ($81) for this fleabag. Very dated and worn. Located near RR tracks that were very active at night. Had an added extra charge of three dollars. Would not stay there again. Very dirty, 26 degrees outside no heat, shower head was so plugged a shower was impossible, a candle would put out more light than the bathroom bulb, only one working outlet for power in the whole room and there was no outlet in the bathroom, the sheets were stained and the pillows were disgusting.....all in all this is the worst motel I have ever stayed at and I travel a lot. We should have left but it was very late....don't stay here go down the street to motel 6 if it's not full. Not clean (trash can full), no real wifi, impossible to plug a socket with ground, between the road and the rail way, one blanket for 2 beds, gas heater and so hold we didn't dare to turn it on : don't go there !. Trains hooting all night with tracks across street. Small cramped room. Heater, fridge, not working. Dangerous electric outlets. Poor lighting. Linens stained, old. The staff. Holes in the sheets and towels. Hairs in the shower. Loose toilet. Shower head hanging off the wall. Would not recommend it to anybody!!. Bad place. Stay away!.
