Room was nice , clean . Breakfast was really good. Price is great! Breakfast 6-9:30 long hours (: the pool guy was friendly & answered my questions about the area.

not working. Pastries weirdly dried out and semi-frozen. Pool green. Bed
a torture device / back still hurting days later. Towels like
sandpaper.
room needed some paint but was clean.
Door got stuck alot . Door was sticky. And where the clock and phone was sticky with some kind of pop circle . Told customer service at desk when leaving. Said he would talk to housekeeping . But didn't give us any discount because of what we told him. Sad !!!.
No iron in room.
The air conditioner did not work. It was hot in the room.
The staff was rude and confrontational. The staff wasn't welcoming and consumer friendly.
Bed was hard.
Beds need to be upgraded and the bathrooms were dirty....
