Loved that is was a great room for the price. It was quiet and clean and it had a nice pool. Also it was very close to everything. It was a very good location close to everything but far enough away to be quiet and fun. Anything we ask the staff was more than helpful to us. Yes next year I plan to go back to the same hotel and would recommend it my friends. love the location the staff and the accomidations were clean very relaxing nice pool sit outside and relax soooo relaxing was here last year, this year and will be there again next year... thank you sands hotel!.
all reviews » Value and location. Staff was most helpful and friendly. Facilities were not new, but a nice bargain. I would stay there again.... and even pay more... but don't tell them. The staff is incredibly friendly. And you can't find anything wrong with s place that is less than a block off the beach. Also the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, pet friendly, budget friendly. Location was primary for us, easy access to very nice beach. Centrally located for 'day trips'. The staff was very nice and courteous. Loved the fact that they supplied a microwave and refrigerator in the room. great location-- nice size apartment--thanks for your generousity -had a great time except for the weather. I loved that it was close to the beach.. And the saff was very compdateing! No loud parties, nice pool. This Motrin is very clean. The staff is friendly and it feels like visiting family! There was a short in the light.But we had another light to use also. Lock/latch on door was adequate, but not best. The bathroom was small and oddly designed. The shower was terrible. Read the reviews. After reading we Planned accordingly, brought our own coffee pot, hair dryer, 3-prong electric adapter.. Brought bottled water & over the door hook/hanger. Weather was horrid but not something the staff could control. Staff did provide suggestions of Restaurants & indoor activities. The room was a little small. bathroom needs to be updated--needs some shelves & electric plug. The room and bathroom were very small. The room was a bit small but it worked well enough for a weekend get away. No clock in room and shower in room very small and outdated. toilet ran,shower ran hot & cold as a result. It was expensive. Almost everything is VERY old. Not really quaint, but 60's OLD. Right on the highway, so there can be lots of road noise. Close to beach so that was a plus. Multiple flies in the room. Noisy window air conditioner that didn't cool the room much. The facility was outdated. Rust everywhere in the bathroom, no curtains at any of the windows, small air conditioner, tv did not work correctly, stated Wi-Fi, but could not get it to work. Overall, our experience was not a good one. Would not go back even if for free. room was dirty and small. A/C was a window unit that only keep the room bearable but had a bad smell to it. Bathroom was supper small and no tub only a shower that need updated very badly. We will never go back to this hotel. bed not comfortable, no light in the bathroom. Needs major updates. Extension cords across window to connect to outlet. The room was horrible. My husband would not sleep on the sheets. They had black hair on them.The room was awful. Air conditioner in window was not sealed. I had to stuff paper towels around it to keep the air out. Door was warped and not sealed. Again you could see light all aroud. We would not reccomend to anyone. Terrible stay, should have left. The motel needs at least some basic renovation. The condition of it is quite awful. Room No. 212 (called one bedroom apartment) is below any reasonable expectation. Almost $170 per night is an absolutely unfair price for such a dump. The room was shabby. The towels dirty and smelly. The bathroom fixtures rusty. Not worth the cost of the room!.
